By working by list of known software you have a total guarantee that it will stop any new malicious software that is created. **What do you dislike about WatchGuard Endpoint Security?** At the moment there is nothing I don't like about adapative defense 360. Perhaps it is the case that it can block custom software updates for the client. But it doesn't become a real big problem because entering the console you can unlock in a matter of seconds or create an exclusion, which I advise against since the unlocking is done very quickly and the client machines detect it almost immediately. **What problems is WatchGuard Endpoint Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adaptive defense 360 gives me peace of mind knowing that customers will not be affected by encryption software that hijacks their data. And this is a very good guarantee to sell the product, due to the high level of this type of attack that currently exists. ### 27. Excellent control over web use is also a great feature and you can group this even down to a single machine level based on web content and even timed access. I have recommended this to friends who work in IT as I feel its an excellent product that provides great protection for a business. **What do you dislike about WatchGuard Endpoint Security?** The is plenty I like about this product, but I am struggling to find anything I really dislike, I think a new to have would be improved alerting - the is some basic email alerts that go out for various triggers, if I could have extra detailed options this would be ideal. The very useful so I guess it's just a case of making more use of this rather than generating potentially unnecessary emails. **Recommendations to others considering WatchGuard Endpoint Security:** Give the product a trial, you will really see the benefits quickly compared to other products on the market. **What problems is WatchGuard Endpoint Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** The product allows me to see all of my devices in one console with the ability to monitor and scan as required and control various things such as USB/Bluetooth and web use. All of my devices are spread geographically, control of such things using a router/firewall isn't often possible. On occasions where it has been necessary to block devices, this can be done quickly and easily from the console making the device unusable. ### 29. Users sometimes complain about a site being filtered when it should not be, but that has become very rare. This process cause a little percentage of false positive that automatically resolve after few hours of analysis but in this way it prevents unknown threats. **What do you dislike about WatchGuard Endpoint Security?** The support is slow in responding, since Panda was acquired by Watchguard, the response times have increased a lot.
