"Simple Inventory Tracking with Asset Depreciation"

What do you like best about Wasp Asset?

It's simplicity on adding inventory and keeping track of what items belong to who. Being able to have the ability to track serial numbers, tags, and depreciation is an extra bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wasp Asset?

Easily track assets, look up items by asset tag, serial number, location etc. Checkout and check-in feature is used daily, customizable reports & notifications are helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wasp Asset?

Occasional it's buggy - I'll scan an item and it will pull up the wrong asset Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wasp Asset solving and how is that benefiting you?

Basically it solves the problem of keeping up with who has what and where. I can pull a report to list everyone needing a new device each year. We have an equipment library for students and teachers, so the checkout and check-in feature is used constantly. It helps with the problem of getting items returned on time: I like the automated notifications it sends to users when they check out/in an item, and reminders when the item is due back. What do you like best about Wasp Asset?

I like that Wasp AssetCloud provides real-time data about the equipment assets in every store. It helps us keep track of all our equipment, and whenever we need specific numbers or information, we can log in and get those reports from the system. Also, the initial setup was fairly easy. I really like the ease of use and the ability to scan barcodes directly with Wasp AssetCloud. The dashboard makes it simple to see all assignments. Reports are quick to generate, saving time during audits or internal reviews. Wasp helps streamline our asset management process by keeping real-time visibility on equipment status, warehouse location, and assignments, which reduces manual errors and helps our team stay organized.
