I really wanted to like WarmySender because the idea behind the product is great, but I experienced too many bugs to rely on it for production outreach. In the end, I lost around 1.5 days of my campaign because of technical issues.

Campaign creation would sometimes fail with a "cannot create campaign" error, and when it did, my work was lost. I was later told drafts were auto-saved, but that wasn't my experience.

Campaigns also showed as "Running" while sending zero emails, sometimes for hours and once for an entire day. Since there was no clear indication that sending had stopped, I only realized it later.

I also had several Gmail mailboxes randomly disconnect, along with SMTP timeout errors that suggested my credentials were invalid. Support later explained that the issue wasn't on my side. Auto correction didnt work, so I removed them from my account.

The biggest problem was the inbox synchronization. Replies from interested prospects didn't appear in the unified inbox, so I had to check all of my Gmail accounts manually. I only discovered several leads days later because of this. ANd this is a real damage. They fixed it later, but not sure if it does work now, as I left them finally.

Bounce detection also didn't work correctly at first, so I had to update bounced contacts manually.

To be fair, support was responsive and genuinely tried to help. They fixed several issues during our conversations and were always polite. Unfortunately, new problems kept appearing, and after losing valuable outreach time, I decided to move to another platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used WarmySender, and it helped me to warm up my email and run a successful campaign. The LinkedIn outreach feature is fantastic and the part I like the most. I got connected with many professionals, which helped get good business. The pricing is unbeatable with these duo features. I like WarmySender's pricing because it's very affordable; you can get a lot of things for about $9 per month. This is great because many competitors are quite expensive, offering more or less the same features. It allows me to try it without breaking the bank. Additionally, I find the setup quite easy; you just need to sign up, which makes moving forward simple. I think the UI dashboard is easy to use, and the delivery rate is amazing. When I started using WarmySender, my emails stopped bouncing to spam and started going to inboxes, helping my business grow.
