"Automated Email Warm-Up Made Outreach Setup Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Warmy?

We started using it when we set up new domains for outreach and partnership emails. The main thing I noticed is that the warm-up process is automated, which makes getting started much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmy?

The setup requires proper DNS configuration. Even when that part is done correctly, the warm-up doesn’t work as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automatic Email Warm-Up Makes Outreach Setup Effortless"

What do you like best about Warmy?

What I like is that once the mailbox is connected, the warm-up runs automatically. We can set up several new email accounts for outreach, and I didn’t want the team to have to manually send test emails every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmy?

The pricing per inbox is higher than the alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ive tried many warmup tools before warmy.io"

What do you like best about Warmy?

I was frustrated after two months with another tool that promised results but delivered poor email deliverability. I wasn't booking any meetings and knew I had to make a change. Then I found Warmy.io. I started seeing a difference in just two weeks, and after 4-5 weeks, my emails were consistently hitting 95%+ deliverability. I loved that you can warmup your tempalte aswell that is total game changer. This tool actually works, and the results speak for themselves. The support is also top-notch. I love Warmy.io,it's the best tool out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Warmy has truly transformed our outreach campaigns. By automating follow-ups, it simplifies the process of reaching out to prospects while still ensuring that our messages remain personalized. The analytics dashboard provides clear insights into which strategies are effective and which are not, allowing us to quickly adjust our approach. As a result, we've seen noticeable improvements in both our efficiency and engagement rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Warmy?

As a Marketing Assistant, I've found Warmy to be a subtle yet significant game-changer for our email campaigns. It automatically warms up new domains and supports us in maintaining a strong sender reputation. I no longer worry about deliverability issues—our open rates have increased by nearly 30%. The dashboard is also very intuitive, clearly displaying the “health” status of each mailbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While it may be somewhat expensive for smaller marketing teams, I do believe the return on investment justifies the cost. I would also appreciate seeing additional integrations with CRM tools in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4.5/5
What do you like best about Warmy?

Clean setup, clear warm-up schedules, and inbox placement improved in a predictable way. The dashboards make it easy to see domain reputation moving in the right direction. I also like the automatic ramp-up that adapts when a domain is weak. The customer success is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
