-Tech support is office hours mon-fri so it can be frustrating to get bugs fixed quickly

-Cant see a rolling 30 day period; the timescales are set, so at some point in the month, you can see 30 days of data, other points you can see one day. There is no way to view past data.

-Several times it has randomly stopped working.

-Didn't notify me to put a filter on my emails to have their 'warm-up' emails into a separate folder. For a week, I was totally confused by the random and non-sensical emails that were sent to my inbox

-When you have to modify your SMTP settings such as a password, your entire data is lost as you have to delete your account and redo it.

It is simple to set up and use. I have used other providers for email warmups in the past and it has been complicated to use. The customer care is fantastic they are on hand to solve every issue you may have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thoughtful employees and a great UI experience. I can't believe how cheap this is compared to competitors that do the same thing.
