You have to watch you account daily because it will stop working for no reason. Then when you need help, support helps for a bit and when they cant figure out what the problem is, they stop responding leaving you with a product that doesnt work. No big deal to them because the service is only $9 per month so no loss to them but to the account owner looking to get their box warmed up, its a big deal.
