WarmPath is relationship intelligence software for staffing and recruiting firms with roughly 10 to 5,000 sales and recruiting staff. Staffing firms already win on relationships, but those relationships sit scattered across recruiters, desks, and systems. WarmPath pools them into one map of who the whole firm knows, including buyers, employees, and candidates, built from the firm's ATS and CRM data and the LinkedIn connections each team member adds. It watches for signals such as hiring trends, funding, leadership changes, and past champions changing jobs, then shows the seller the warmest route to the target and the name to ask. It drafts the intro message, and a person reviews and sends it. WarmPath sits next to the ATS rather than replacing it, and Bullhorn is live today. At one mid-sized staffing firm that uses WarmPath, accounts where the first meeting was with a past buyer became clients 22% of the time versus 11% with a stranger, and reached a first placement in 96 days versus 168.
