I've been using Warmforge for about 4 to 5 months now. Deliverability was the part I kept underestimating. I'd set up new mailboxes, start sending, and my open rates would drop because a lot of it was going to spam. Before this I used the warmup bundled into other tools, but I could never tell if it was doing anything. What I like about Warmforge is that I can actually see where my emails are landing across different providers, so I know whether a domain is ready before I put real volume through it. Setup took a few minutes and after that it mostly runs on its own. Since using it, my inbox placement has been a lot steadier and I'm not seeing the sudden drops I used to get with new domains. On the downside, nothing major. It takes patience, warmup isn't instant. I'd also like a bit more depth in the reporting. Small things, not dealbreakers. Pricing has been fair, especially compared to paying for warmup as an add-on elsewhere, and it scales fine as I add mailboxes. I really appreciate Warmforge for warming up my mailboxes, which helps keep them with a high rating for landing in inboxes on email campaigns. It's a great tool that saves me time from having to do the warming on my own, and I find it valuable that it's a free service with a Salesforge plan. I love how it's unlimited and so easy to use, along with its very clean dashboard, daily tracking, and how it's organized well. The integration is also seamless with all of the email sending 'Forge' stack, making my workflow smoother. I can easily see how many daily emails are being sent from each and track what the score is. Warmforge is useful because it helps us manage email warmup, sender health, and inbox placement in one place. The aged warmup pool is one of the best parts because it helps mailboxes build a better sending history before we use them for outbound. The inbox placement test is also very useful because we can see whether emails are landing in Primary, Promotions, or Spam before launching campaigns. The UI is simple enough to check mailbox health without spending too much time. Support and onboarding have also been helpful when setting up mailboxes and understanding what needs attention. One thing I liked the most about Warmforge is how it protects sender reputation on autopilot. It connects automatically if you have Salesforge. The warm-up settings are flexible: you can control how many emails to send, the timing, etc. There is a warm-meter that helps estimate if your mailbox is ready for a real operation. You can also set up a filter so your inbox doesn't turn into a 'trash bin' once the warming process starts.
