Warmerly warms up your email and LinkedIn accounts on a gradual ramp so cold outreach reaches the inbox, then lets you run the campaigns from the same workspace. WhatsApp sends are paced to stay inside safe limits. Pricing is by plan, not per inbox: $19 a month covers 5 mailboxes, $49 covers 25 and $179 covers 100, and adding a mailbox inside your plan costs nothing extra. LinkedIn accounts are $19 a month each. There is a free plan with no card and no time limit. Daily SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks alert you if a record slips. A unified inbox flags likely leads, and sequences stop by themselves when someone replies. Agencies can keep each client in a separate workspace. There is also a free SPF, DKIM, DMARC and blacklist checker with no signup, a transactional email API, and an MCP server so AI assistants such as Claude and Cursor can run your outreach.
