WareAudit reads every line of your 3PL invoices and checks it against your contract rate card and your order data. It flags duplicate charges, rates above contract, storage billed over actual inventory, surcharges outside the agreed window, shipping markups, unused monthly minimums and promised credits that never arrived. Each finding comes with the dollar amount, the invoice line it was found on and the reason, so your team can verify it in minutes. Every audit produces a dispute letter you can send to your 3PL as is, and a promised-credit registry that tracks what the warehouse agreed to return and whether the credit showed up on a later invoice. The audit core is deterministic rules, not a language model: the same invoices always give the same findings. Invoices are processed on Cloudflare, payments go through Paddle, and WareAudit never writes to your 3PL on your behalf. Built for direct-to-consumer brands shipping 3,000 to 50,000 orders a month through ShipBob, ShipHero or a similar 3PL.
