I couldn’t find an integration for the CRM I was using. The other providers I spoke with didn’t offer one either, but when I reached out to Wappbiz, they built a tailored solution for me. After I explained our customer journey, their team helped set up the integration. Now my team can manage everything within our existing CRM, so no additional training was needed. The biggest problem my company was facing was that our sales team used individual WhatsApp numbers to communicate with clients, which created a complete blind spot when it came to making strategic decisions.
