Waply is an add-on for Kommo CRM that brings WhatsApp on the official WhatsApp Cloud API, recorded human calls, call intelligence, AI text agents and AI voice agents into the Kommo account a team already uses. AI agents can answer from knowledge bases built from text, websites and documents, and teams can connect their own AI provider key (OpenAI, Grok, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral AI or DeepSeek). Numbers can be connected as a new number, in coexistence with the WhatsApp Business app, or migrated from another provider. Teams message and call customers from Kommo, and every conversation stays on the lead. Waply's AI is independent of Kommo's native AI and runs on third-party models. It is built for companies that sell with Kommo and for the agencies that implement Kommo for clients. Plans: Basic USD 18/month (WhatsApp messaging, human calls, 90-day recording retention), AI 24/7 USD 39/month (adds AI text agents and call intelligence, 365-day retention) and Voice AI USD 89/month (adds managed and BYOK voice agents). The 3-day trial includes Voice AI. Meta charges are billed separately, with no markup from Waply. Calls depend on Meta eligibility; coexistence numbers support messaging but not calls.
