**What do you like best about Wantedly?**

It is and easy to use software that helps you to connect and communicate with your application submitter. Helps you check and keep the communication with them. You can be reminded by the software for the provision of feedback to them.

**What do you dislike about Wantedly?**

Till now I have used it, it is a good tool with latest features so i am liking it.

**Recommendations to others considering Wantedly:**

A very fine tool better than many other soft wares with very easily comprehending features that makes it easier for starters to use. thus accessible, user friendly and time saving.

**What problems is Wantedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is an efficient tool that helps you keep track of the interview call for your employees on hiring process. Enables you to make an easy conversation with them. Smart and fine tool with great features.
