What do you like best?
Wanify has 24/7 support, so you've always got eyes and ears on your company's vital services. It's always assuring that you've got someone on call to let you know if your Internet goes out at your business. Better yet, they'll resolve your issues for you if at all possible.
What do you dislike?
Their support team doesn't have an automated notification in case of services going down. So there could be an hour or two delay between services going down and an actual notification from the support team.
EDIT: Wanify read my review and made this change for me, so my biggest issue has been resolved by leaving an honest review.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were able to create a point to point VPN between our two locations. We were also able to properly prioritize VoIP traffic with our Avaya system which is hosted at one of our facilities. I've been able to learn a lot advanced networking after using Wanify SD WAN.
