Initial foray into SD-WAN a success! **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2019 **What do you like best about Wanify SD-WAN?** The process of vetting and acquisition was very straightforward, and post-implementation our solution has worked flawlessly. One of the few technology solutions that actually work exactly as advertised! **What do you dislike about Wanify SD-WAN?** No downsides really...we didn't get a ton of support on the implementation, but since we are pretty self-sufficient it wasn't an issue at all. **What problems is Wanify SD-WAN solving and how is that benefiting you?** Two key objectives in adoption of SD-WAN for us: 1) simplification of connectivity to cloud providers, which via a traditional VPN was always a bit of a hassle, and lacked any visibility into performance. 2) Redundancy of ISPs at our main office, which during a recent nationwide outage proved to be invaluable. Failover and failback were nearly seamless. ### 2. Getting escalation to Velo Cloud support didn't go as quickly as I wanted in the beginning stages. **Recommendations to others considering Wanify SD-WAN:** I would definitely POC it. **What problems is Wanify SD-WAN solving and how is that benefiting you?** WAN redundancy.
