What problems is Wandify solving and how is that benefiting you?

One experienced candidate had extensive experience in software development and was a perfect fit for a critical role we needed to fill. However, he didn't have a resume ready to submit. Using Wandify’s 'open to work' filter, I quickly compiled a list of potential candidates of rather rare specialists (sorry, can't say it). Within a few days, I've made contact, conducted preliminary interviews, and found a suitable candidate. What do you like best about Wandify?

It is very convenient to use filters to search for candidates. Incredibly useful to be able to view candidates who are open to offers now. Very flexible platform that allows you to find contacts of candidates who are in LI. I love the fact that you can upload to Excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
