WaMatrix is a WhatsApp marketing and automation platform built on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Businesses use it to run bulk WhatsApp campaigns, build no-code chatbots, and manage customer conversations from a shared team inbox for WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. Key features include an AI flow generator that drafts chatbot automations from a plain-English description, a visual bot builder with 30+ node types, WhatsApp Flows for in-chat forms and appointment booking, rich message templates (carousel, OTP, media), campaign analytics, and WhatsApp Coexistence, which lets businesses keep using their existing WhatsApp Business App number while adding automation. WaMatrix charges a flat platform subscription with 0% markup on Meta's messaging fees; customers pay Meta directly through their own Meta Business Account. It integrates with WooCommerce, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Zapier, Make, and n8n, and offers a REST API and webhooks for developers. A free-forever plan is available.
