What do you like best about Walnut?

Personalised sales demos are revolutionised by walnut. Without requiring any code, it is customizable and straightforward to use. I value how it enables us to centralise our demos and develop engaging stories that leave a lasting impression on our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Walnut?

We initially encountered some difficulties figuring out how to use Walnut. It took a while for me to become used to its features. But after experimenting and honing our skills, we were able to fully utilise the platforms possibilities and produce demos that made much more of an impact. While getting going was a little challenging, we ran into some snags in the storylines we were showcasing that unintentionally created the appearance that the end result was progressing poorly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our sales team has overcome the difficulty of uneven demos after installing Walnut. We have been able to centralise and streamline our demos thanks to the platform, which has saved us a lot of time and money. Our customers now benefit from personalised and interesting experiences. We have seen greater conversion rates as a result, which has led to more leads being generated. What do you like best about Walnut?

The most helpful thing about Walnut is that it's a great platform for customizing and optimizing demos. Another advantage of using it is that it is a very helpful platform to take demos to the next level. It has the facility to display the individual products beautifully for the clients. This platform is helping me a lot in solving my problems in business because, since using it, my company's sales have increased, and it has helped me a lot in speeding up the sales. What do you like best about Walnut?

I like all the editing capabilities and the possibility to add guides to demos in my brand's tone of voice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Walnut?

The user experience leaves much to be desired.

At first I thought that it is because I keep hitting corner cases. However on further use I have found the UX to be too bumpy.

Simple things like the fact a menu item often (but not always) needs to be clicked twice for it to execute, or how hard it is to change the order of screens, even though it was designed as a simple drag and drop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good system for demonstrating an evolving product as an early-stage startup"

What do you like best about Walnut?

Walnut is super easy to use and get started building our storylines and demos

- We have a product that's always evolving and therefore Walnut gives us a way to demo the product without having to create demos live in the product from scratch

- Walnut gives us consistency amongst the demos we do as a sales team; before we'd have salespeople showing different parts of the product

What do you dislike about Walnut?

- Getting started was a little tricky and we had some delays in the storylines we were demo-ing, which gave the impression that the product was running slowly

"Game-changing platform"

What do you like best about Walnut?

Extremely easy to use. The platform is very intuitive and not much more complicated than putting together a deck on Google Slides. That said, there are a number of ways you can further customize the "stories" you create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While not a steep learning curve at all, it did take a little bit of time to get used to dragging-and-dropping certain things, or getting my head around all the different bells and whistles you can employ to make your story pop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Walnut?

Walnut has allowed us to take our demos to the next level with an engaging, self-guided experience that has helped us grow the top of our lead funnel. "Changed our business"

What do you like best about Walnut?

Walnut has changed our sales business. Walnut allows us to show our Veeam Powered M365 Back-up tool Cirrus, without having to do demos for our "run rate" business saving us time and money. It allows customers to see our great UI without having to do a demo. It has had a massive impact on our sales as our sales have increased by around 60% since we bought Walnut with less resources.
