"Walnut is fantastic! What a tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Walnut?

We had a hard time scaling our demo's until we found Walnut. Using the tool has been an effective way for our team to not only speed up user acquisition but also discover new ways for users to get deeper into the platform faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Walnut?

It was a little difficult to learn at first. But once we got into it, well worth the curve... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One stop shop for demos!"
5/5
What do you like best about Walnut?

Walnut allows individual salespeople to handle the entire demo process from start to finish, saving valuable time and resources. The UI editor is sleek and intuitive, making it simple to create engaging storylines with ease. The platform's ability to customize and modify demonstrations for different audiences on demand is a massive benefit, helping salespeople close more deals faster to a variety of audiences. What do you dislike about Walnut?

Just more documentation on the storyline concept - a lot of our team was very new to creating demonstrations and it took them a moment to figure out how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Demonstrations no longer call for an entire team"
5/5
What do you like best about Walnut?

One of the standout features of Walnut is its codeless nature, eliminating the need for assistance from any external teams, be that design or development. I can handle the entire demo process from creation to presentation on my own!

This enables me to create product demonstrations very quickly and modify different versions depending on the audience on the fly.

Ultimately this means that my sales flow is more efficient and I can perform more (and better) product demos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Walnut?

I've been using Walnut for a number of months and I haven't any complaints. I'll update this review if I encounter any. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Walnut is the only sales tool we use"
5/5
What do you like best about Walnut?

Walnut is the only sales platform we use at our company. With Walnut, we can quickly and easily create personalized and interactive instances of our web product, which speeds up the sales process and helps us onboard large clients. In addition, the cost of Walnut is relatively low. It has a directly measurable positive ROI, which makes it a great choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Walnut?

More documentation and KB support is needed to become a power user. I would really like the Walnut team to add this as I think all users could benefit from a better knowledgebase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Better than the competition"
5/5
What do you like best about Walnut?

There are a number of features I like about Walnut over a competing tool that I’ve used before:

- The ability to quickly create product demos from templates without having to code from scratch.

- The wide range of pre-ready storylines and customization options available without resorting to third parties.

- The built-in analytics that let you see how your demo is performing with potential customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Walnut?

There's only one thing: They should add more guides. I think I could have become familiar with Walnut much faster with more comprehensive documentation and training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The perfect CRM addition!"
5/5
What do you like best about Walnut?

What I like best about Walnut: First, it plugs into your CRM, so a full-funnel experience is present. Second, the demonstrations can be easily adapted to multiple audiences with different requirements instantly. Lastly, I think the platform overall is very user-friendly and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Walnut?

Not much but I’ll update this if needed - perhaps add onboarding support via zoom. That would be a good addition to an already good product, while providing a personal touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic content demo platform!"
5/5
What do you like best about Walnut?

I first heard of Walnut through their brand work, and using their product it feels like carrying the same nice vibe. Tech wise, I like that my Walnut is comprehensive and includes all the abilities that I need to present our product in the best light possible. It is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, which makes it ideal for sales presentations. I’ve actually never made a mistake in a demonstration when using Walnut. That’s a massive time saver. Some of our other teams are using it too, So I guess it goes beyond AE’s or SE’s. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Walnut?

Some features are probably missing for a company in our space/size, but this has been raised with the support team and I believe that they’re working on some of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Walnut makes demos that move the needle"
5/5
What do you like best about Walnut?

Walnut is an interactive demo platform that helps you demo your product. It provides a simple, clean interface for you to walk through your product's features and benefits. This makes it easy for customers to understand what your product does and how it can help them. Additionally, Walnut allows you to customize your demo for each customer, so you can focus on the features that are most important to them. At our organization, we have several demonstrations that are tailored to different audiences. This makes them more likely to become paying customers and has increased sales by almost 15%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Walnut?

Not much to dislike! So far things are running smoothly. I guess, better guides to being with would have been helpful. Some more quick-start templates would have been good too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Demonstrations go off without a hitch with Walnut."
5/5
What do you like best about Walnut?

There's a lot that I like about Walnut. Firstly, it's a great tool for building sales demonstrations for all audiences. I'm able to wow audiences like never before. I think of it as the "canva" of pre-sales because there's no design experience required. It's very easy to make a design and duplicate it with minor edits for each client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Walnut?

Everything has been really good with Walnut so far. I've been a customer of theirs for about four months and I have had a smooth experience. I haven't experienced any problems that other reviews describe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
