Walnut EQ is a behavior-change platform designed to improve employee wellbeing, resilience, and emotional intelligence—by embedding directly into the flow of everyday life. Traditional wellness programs struggle with engagement because they require employees to step outside their normal routines. Walnut EQ solves this by delivering short, actionable tools through SMS—the most immediate and accessible communication channel available. Employees receive simple prompts, reflections, and micro-interventions that take less than two minutes to complete. Over time, these small, consistent actions build meaningful habits that improve how individuals manage stress, relationships, and performance. At the organizational level, Walnut EQ provides anonymized, real-time insights into employee sentiment and behavioral trends. This allows leaders to identify early signals of burnout, disengagement, and cultural shifts—before they become costly problems. Walnut EQ is designed for modern organizations that want to: Improve employee wellbeing without adding program fatigue Increase engagement through high-frequency, low-friction touchpoints Build emotional intelligence and resilience at scale Gain real-time visibility into workforce trends Wellness works when it shows up in life—not outside of it. Walnut EQ delivers it there.
