Once a year, TEDxFreiburg organizes a volunteer-organized event with many speakers and talks. We live from the reactions from social media, this is the only way we can get enough visitors for the event the following year. With walls.io we can transform our stage into a social media wall before and after the event and during the break and thus motivate visitors to post under certain hashtags.

Encourage event attendees to share their experience not only with the other guests during the event, but on their social media to their family and friends. It is very simple and easy to set up and customise, and attendees have a great time adding pictures and comments to the wall and seeing their additions on the big screen that we can display easily. We can also export the pictures from the night and use these in future marketing or on social media which is really handy. Overall it has provided a great experiece for our guests as well as being a valuable tool to us as a cash-strapped charity as a solution. We also embedded the wall to our webpage which has further enhanced the user experience and value for money. The customer service is also superb at being very quick to respond and kind in helping.
