We would actually love to be able to pay them something as it feels wrong to pay almost nothing for their services. The only charges we have, besides Physical Card deliveries are enxchange fees which for the lst 5 months, it has been only about 50EUR **What do you dislike about Wallester?** Unfortunately they are missing two major features that I would love to have. The first one can be applied to all accounts as it doesn't incurr a risk to wallester. That feature is alerts via email or sms when the balance is low. I see myself having to login constantly in order to check balance. The second feature is similar to the first one but it could become risky to Wallester which is why it might be better to be implemented only for long time customers with Wallester or companies that are 2 years or old. This feature is Debit Direct top ups for European companies which are automated when the balance becomes low. We also notice some thing could be improved mainly the login steps. First when browsing the landing page I can't find the login or sign up button. I always have to google it. And then logging in always requires SMS and Email code. It would be nice if you could make it possible to login more easily for the second time I login in the same computer. **What problems is Wallester solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have many expenses that we want to avoid providing sellers our usual bank debit or credit card as that can become a risk to our company.
