All rules including bruteforce protection rules are highly customizable and have many actions. Everything is also easy to manage and integrate. Cloud deployment is very welcome as well and lowers a point of entry for companies without big infrastructures. Reports are easy to read and overall design is very good. **What do you dislike about Wallarm API Security Platform?** There is a small delay for synchronization between Wallarm Cloud and our nodes (like 3-5 minutes), so new rules are not applied instantly. Not a big problem, but wanted to highlight it anyway. Can't remember anything else to complain about. **What problems is Wallarm API Security Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wallarm API Security protects us from many types of threats including DDOS, attacks, bots. First two weeks we had some false positives, but they were fixed in monitoring mode (no traffic impact) 2. Our experience with Wallarm is very positive and we appreciate that small company provides better service and product than other companies. We worked a lot with Wallarm technical support to deploy NGINX on our Debian server. After that we also spent some time eliminating false positives on our client. So once you have all the correct rules it's a very simple and enjoyable tool. Don't be scared by initial deployment. **What do you dislike about Wallarm API Security Platform?** As I mentioned before, it takes a lot of time and courage to get everything right. Also if you deploy in cloud, you need to pay for cloud as well and it can be expensive for small companies.
