## About WalkMe
WalkMe, an SAP company, is the critical layer that makes enterprise AI work. Copilots and AI agents are powerful, but incomplete. They can't see what's on an employee's screen, move across applications, or act where work actually happens. WalkMe can. Built on over a decade of experience in enterprise deployments, WalkMe gives AI the real-time context, cross-application reach, and workflow execution it needs to deliver results. WalkMe helps organizations adapt faster, make better decisions, and build a workforce that learns continuously. Trusted by global leaders including IBM, Nestlé, ThermoFisher Scientific, and the U.S. federal government, WalkMe turns AI investments into business outcomes. Visit www.walkme.com.

We have utilised some WalkMe content with good results.

 ### 2. Fantastic engagement tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

What I like most is the ability to onboard users quicker. WalkMe helps us be proactive to help users instead of being reactive to problems.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

You will learn JavaScript if you implement WalkMe. They have tons of resources and training to assist.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company provides onboarding orientations and has decreased the number of new user problem tickets.

 ### 3. A powerful tool with an amazing team behind it!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy A. | Freelance Senior UX Architect, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Once you know what you're doing the tool is incredibly powerful. There are multiple solutions to any problem and for the most part, these are customisable enough to be used how you wish.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Features available are rigid in terms of when and how you should use them which can be a little restrictive. It's also difficult to tell what elements on a page you are selecting to add walkme data to. A great improvement would be to show the code as you select it.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Walkme in a number of ways. One key problem is to enable our users to do the jobs they need to in what is a very complex system. In-app help and walkthroughs are helping to cut support requests and walkme enables us to tackle users issues quickly. We also use walkme to plug gaps in UX whilst waiting for in-app fixes to be completed by the development team.

 ### 4. WalkMe allows us to provide our clients an interactive learning experience!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary C. | Senior Instructional Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe allows us to provide our clients with an interactive learning experience that is so crucial to understanding how to use our products. This is exponentially better than any video or lecture since the client is immersed in the process in real-time. WalkMe is a relatively easy-to-use product after overcoming the initial learning curve. WalkMe support and staff is always there to help with our many requests for assistance.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

We are not the typical WalkMe user and that poses significant hurdles to our use of the product. That being said, I do feel the company tries hard to make it work for us. Our main issue is the length of walk-thrus required to complete a task within our software. Most WalkMe clients build shorter walk-thrus with fewer steps. There are some other functional changes we would like to see implemented to make our usage easier.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The WalkMe representatives take the time to listen to our feedback and try to resolve the issues we encounter. We are currently working with developers to hopefully address some of these specific pain points that will make my life using WalkMe much easier!

 ### 5. Our users love it!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oana B. | Global HRIS Specialist (SuccessFactors), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

The flexibility that the tool offers. You can get really creative with how you use it!

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

It can be a bit unstable on SuccessFactors, but we know we can always reach out to WalkMe support for help.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe is helping our users navigate around and get things done in SuccessFactors. It also helps us reduce the number of questions or tickets coming to our support team.

 ### 6. Easy to use and self-serving

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe as a training tool is easy to use and self-serving, accessible in different countries and in different languages. Training is easy to build – and has a fast-learning curve both for the builder to develop expertise on the tool, as well as end-users using the tool.

End-users benefit from the opportunity to have user-friendly and intuitive in-platform guidance, from their very first steps through to their day-to-day activities - able to have training (and refreshes) at their own pace and at their point of need.

Digital Adoption has allowed us to reach all the regions with a uniform approach to training. It has permitted us to save FTE time, by providing guidance when needed to the user as it’s always available. It has also helped us navigate change management during this project.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

I feel that WalkMe still has room to grow and develop, e.g.:
- WalkMe functionality: currently don't have the action option to open TeachMe, as we do with the WalkMe Menu; only 4 items can be added to the WalkMe Menu (SWT, Shuttles, Resources & Onboarding Tasks), and 3 for TeachMe (SWT, Shuttles, Resources) - sometimes it may not cover users' needs.
- limitations on data extraction on Insights or TeachMe dashboard – even the new Report Builder does not give us full autonomy over dimensions and measures to analyse (e.g., extract course completion by regions)
- Allows linear flows only - you can't link a step back to a previous one
- Single static menu for all end users - not flexible to different audiences
- Onboarding completion condition - task completion is based on selected goals, and not SWT completion; means we have to specify things that are clicked
- Smaller Screen Resolution - balloons interfering/covering screen elements and/or being cut off the screen

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To date, we have been using WalkMe tools as an internal training device to grant users autonomy over their learning as it is self-service help, coupled with traditional training. TeachMe and WalkMe in tandem have been terrific, as they have enabled us to consolidate training by creating courses with specific lessons within, allowing us to structure the online training much like our face-to-face training. This consolidation and structure have been important as they have allowed us to try something new as a business and aid us to move into a more digital world by ensuring software adoption, streamline large-scale, complex, and disruptive transformation by overcoming change, empowering employees, and increasing platform usability. With WalkMe, we have 120+ content set-up ready to walk our users through our new platform, training them how they’re able carry out their day-to-day in the new world.

 ### 7. WalkMe is the future of training and digital adoption

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hayley D. | WalkMe Solution Builder and Systems Trainer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Training is accessible at the point of need. Analytics are great to show stakeholders and show you how your audience is engaging with the software and WalkMe. Conditional communications can also be displayed when needed in the app rather than sending out emails that get lost or are just not relevant at that time.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

There is nothing I dislike about WalkMe. But I would suggest allowing the chat bot to accept uploading of files perhaps.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Past problems with training materials is that staff won't take the time to look for them. So we use the widget to store training docs, video and other resources within the software. You can always remember everything in a live training or take the time to attend. Some benefits are that you do not need a live trainer for new software implentations and can build in engaging effective training into the software at the point of need especially if anyone forgets something.

 ### 8. Best tools for delivering value to your users.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas M. | Management Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe is most helpful in developing and delivering data-driven solutions for end users. By using analysis of user behavior collected by WalkMe to plan your projects and evaluate the efficiency and return of your solutions,

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Sometimes limited UI for the editor that requires a ton of log ins and refreshes to get it to work.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User experience, broken processes, multiple systems requiring similar inputs or feeding into each other with human error.

 ### 9. Thriving with Walk Me

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jill L. | Instructional Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

It is easy to use and easy to follow for the intended learner. It has allowed us to support our agents in the field by providing in-app support as we transition to a new booking platform!

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

It can be a challenge when interacting with a dynamic page, but with the support from Walk Me, we are always able to find a solution

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of system enhancements rolling out weekly, and, with no time for formal training, this is a perfect solution to get the information out to our employees

 ### 10. Review of DAP WalkMe

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oliver S. | P, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

I like the building process. I enjoy to overcome certain challenges, and learn by doing. I think that the insights area, how to gather statistics is a great tool to figure out if what we are doing is helpful for the customers or not.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

I dislike that you need to use jQuery in many use cases, due to our systems having dynamic buttons that usually creates problems for us by just selecting an element.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving customer's problems within our software to solve simple tasks and daily inquiries. We have seen benefits such as pNPS with the launch of WalkMe. Giving customers guidance through important processes they need to know in order to understand how the product works.

 ### 11. More than training: The future of software utilization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susie B. | Director of Consulting and Lead Digital Adoption Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe can solve a variety of pain points depending on your needs. It can be made to do many things beyond simple step-by-step balloon guidance. The WalkMe Team makes continuous updates and improvements to their software, which means that the software is keeping pace not only with the latest technology but also user trends and behaviors. From a WalkMe administrator perspective, there is always something to keep learning, so you will never get bored.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

WalkMe can have quite a learning curve, especially for more advanced features. This is not necessarily a bad thing as it means the level of customization is very high. It does, however, require time to dedicate to learning to master the skills necessary to make use of its advanced functions. I often find that people end up having unrealistic expectations of what can be done when they have not been given enough time to work through all the material.

**Recommendations to others considering WalkMe:**

Ensure that you dedicate the time and resources necessary to make full use of WalkMe's potential.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While WalkMe is often seen as an excellent tool for training, its true strength lies in its ability to streamline and automate process flows. Why should people learn things when we can just help them do them faster? Paired with a very robust analytics platform, it means that WalkMe administrators can make data-driven decisions based on concrete feedback. From an end-user perspective, WalkMe elements can integrate seamlessly, thus creating a unified experience that instills trust with the user.

 ### 12. I'm WalkMe On Sunshine

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle R. | Sales Development Representative, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe is a platform that empowers Users to get the most from their enterprise applications. Whether its step by step guide, link to frequently used resource, smarttips with GIFs, etc. WalkMe provides relevant guidance, at the right place and right time.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

WalkMe can be challenging at times, mainly because its alive and living in the environment. With that being said, if any development or changes are made to the environment, WalkMe is at risk of no longer working. It requires a stable environment for optimal performance, working closely with the system's dev team helps keep things in order.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe provides relevant guidance, at the right place and right time. When we understand the pain-points of the business, we can place a walkme solution to add value to any process or type of situation where User's might have questions with pin-point accuracy.

 ### 13. New WalkMe Builder, and I love it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2023

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

I think the WYSIWYG Editor is easy to use. The learning curve is short. I also value the Tip Tuesdays in the community.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Sometimes what you preview isn't the same as what you see in play. Possibly it is our applications, though.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At my company, WalkMe mostly helps people not to commit common errors because the application wasn't intuitive enough.

 ### 14. New level of training streamlining

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jerry B. | Training Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

The ability to hide meaningful training assistance in plain view, right where the user would most need and use it is game-changing. Instead of having to learn in one platform then try on another, it's all there, side-by-side. What could be better?

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

There is a LOT to learn. It's worth it, but it is a major training undertaking, not for the faint of heart. But any detail-minded person, as most training specialists already are, can do this.

**Recommendations to others considering WalkMe:**

Choose some folks to dedicate a significant time of focus to become a WalkMe SME for their organization. It's a worthwhile investment of time and resources.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training that is understood well on first exposure, adding layers of tips into the platform to help users understand how something works or why it doesn't or why it's turned off, hand-holding new users through complex but standard processes.

 ### 15. Review on WalkMe

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivere C. | Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe is interactive, step-by-step guidance to help users adopt new capabilities, processes, and features added to a platform. It helps drive landing and adoption and can bridge the gap in digital friction.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

At times it can be difficult when building and element grades aren't good enough for WalkMe to continue. jQuery knowledge is recommended and WalkMe University has modules to learn.
It is straightforward guidance that it cannot capture if the user wanders off course. However, if splits are identified, the build can improve.

**Recommendations to others considering WalkMe:**

Highly recommend this tool if the organization faces challenges with processes, landing /adoption.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With WalkMe we can assist users with new experiences, new or updated processes, ensuring records are complete and fields are filled correctly before moving stages, etc.

 ### 16. WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

There is nothing to dislike about the tool.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe is helping in change management, onboarding people and platforms, and increasing efficiency.

 ### 17. The future of Digital Transformation

Customers Experience with WalkMe has never been failed. Very proactive in solving case studies and helping companies to perform at a maximum level. Very knowledgable team to work with and not to forget the positive vibes that they have.

Nothing to dislike. WalkMe has always been evolving since the beginning of its journey in the market and making sure learning from the past is the result of today's success.

**Recommendations to others considering WalkMe:**

A great solution to be used during this pandemic. Very easy for any type of users whether by age, gender, race, etc.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navigating new users in a HR system as the company is international level with users around the world. Making the users life more easier and less contacting the support team.

 ### 18. A user-friendly tool which can add great benefits to your applications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

+ Powerful tool with nice UI
+ Easy to use and create content with clean instruction and manual as you build
+ Easy to test the content before production deployment
+ Helpful training courses to help you start

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

- Need to open different browser profile to see the content when the editor is running

**Recommendations to others considering WalkMe:**

- Taking the recommended courses before building
- Knowing what your users' pain points are and see if those problems can be solved by WalkMe
- Consulting your developers and UX/UI designers as you build

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe helps me to create on-screen manuals for users to guide them through our application and complex process.
It has also enabled to announce users of new features and/or disruptions quickly and conveniently.
With WalkMe, I can create lots of content to help users by myself in minutes. Normally, my developers would need to stand hours to hard code the same content into the application

 ### 19. Great program with great features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa S. | Application Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

The people are friendly, support responds quickly, and product delivers what it promises.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

I think the Insights have room for improvement. More in-depth analysis of the information is very much desired.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are having some IPD issues with Workstation but support is quick to respond and are continuously in contact with me about their progress.

 ### 20. Best Digital Adoption Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

On the leading edge of innovation and knowledge of digital adoption. The WalkMe team are thought leaders and experts. The tool is easy and intuitive to use with a huge amount of features and good education available to learn how to make the most of your investment.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

The challenges we faced early in our journey have now been resolved, and I can see there are great moves being made in the customer success part of the business which had some previous weakness. The use of jquery was also a challenge but from what I can see, the WalkMe team are working hard to eliminate or reduce reliance on jquery.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adoption of SAP cloud products, centralising knowledge management and using for user onboarding. Automation is a game-changer for long processes with redundant user actions or confusing pathways.

 ### 21. Walkme is a great and easy In-app tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

It is a quick way to inform our users of important information and bugs. And it is great that it has many different functions to do so (Smartips, SMWT, etc).

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

The Automatic selector does not work well on our site, we often have to use jQuery. But that may be different for other sites.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we need to get information out to our users quicker than our Tech team can do it.

 ### 22. I love their technology!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe has transformed how we take care of our clients needs. Using WalkMe makes training and learning easy and clear. The Walk-thrus + SmartTips work together in providing guided step-by-step instruction.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Sometime when using the WalkMe editor, the behavior/rules do not work right. Eventually after getting frustrated, I clear the Editor's cache and reload or completely log out and log in to resolve the issue. Because it is intermittent, it's impossible to troubleshoot and diagnose.

**Recommendations to others considering WalkMe:**

WalkMe is a powerful tool and is great for our application. Some users may not need or use many of the apps and services that WalkMe has but should perform an ROI which WalkMe is very good at assisting with.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training and education for our clients, putting information to them at thier fingertips, reducing call center call loads, having a view of our clients activity and communication opportunities.

Inability to deep dive into insights, would like more visibility into long term product roadmap

Solving inability to provide support at the point of need. Ability to realize insights and pain points real time .

 ### 24. the Walk Me software is Intuitive and enjoyable to work with

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alastair M. | Digital Adoption Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

There is a wide variety of functionality, which allows us to develop creative solutions for our customers.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

I would look to extend the learning suite, the self-learning is good but seminars and how-to classes would be useful for new learners.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a lot of our staff working from home, they have missed out on getting knowledge/learning from peers that was usually passed on while working in an office together. Walk me has massively helped staff with this transition and made sure they can get help when they need it.

 ### 25. Recommend for any company

**Reviewed by:** Amanda "Mandy" P. | Manager of IT Adoption and Training, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

The capabilities and functions that allow the platform to fit to your needs. Helps enhance or even replace typical training methods.

They cost. Although that is relative, the cost is well worth the vlaue.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replace training for enhancements and soon replace in person training for some onboarding tasks.

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

The most helpful is that we can support our users with the help of WalkMe directly in our CRM tool, with integrated documents, automatization, smart walk-troughs, etc.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

We are having sometimes technical difficulties in the building phase, where we cannot exactly identify the issue.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our users are getting help via/with WalkMe directly in our CRM, f.e. without extra time for searching documents on other platforms to process a step. They get a guideline via smart walk-troughs directly in the tool to finalize the needed processes, or, they can be informed about important information via WalkMe in our CRM. WalkMe is a part of our enablement.

 ### 27. Very Helpful Software and Responsive Team

WalkMe is usually coming up with new ideas for the product to keep it fresh and are quick to help you out if you get stuck on a design issue. I also appreciate the community that they've developed around it.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

I honestly can't say that there is too much to dislike about it. There is a fairly big learning curve when you first begin designing, however once you get the hang of it then it gets much easier. I should mention that the only reason why I felt that there was a learning curve is that I don't usually work in software that requires knowledge of things like jQuery.

**Recommendations to others considering WalkMe:**

Take time when starting out with it. There's a lot to learn but it's worth it.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use WalkMe primarily for help with understanding Workday. We've developed a full help menu with context sensitive help throughout Monday by using WalkMe. We also use it for notifications on occassion.

**Reviewed by:** Hicham M. | IT Product Owner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe works best because the technology is very relevant to the digital transformation initiatives many companies are going through. With WalkMe it makes these transformations a bit less daunting to the everyday user.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Walkme can do many things but sometimes it can't do that one specific extra thing you want. Which is ok because you can't have everything, but that extra bit sometimes makes a big difference.

**Recommendations to others considering WalkMe:**

A great platform with great support

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Incident management reduction, new joiner onboarding enhanced experience, better communication with employees and unifying the user experience across our different platforms.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

I love how easy to implement the tool is, yet it allows our company to achieve some amazing goals, much bigger than we originally thought. At every stage of a project, we can count on help from technical teams and our Digita Adoption Consultant.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Some of the functionalities don't work perfectly from a day 1. Although we get support from technical teams it's still frustrating when we can't tell our stakeholders when things will be fixed or work as expected, or can't explain the root cause.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe helps our end users to navigate, complete tasks and processes in SuccessFactors, improves data quality, fixes UX and much more!

 ### 34. A very powerful tool on both the front end app and on the insights panel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

The application is fantastic and the front-end interface creates a great way to enable the usage of our system. This combined with the onboarding program has sped up the time for our users to understand our application. There is also a fantastic insight panel on which we are still finding great new features on. Lastly, the support from the WalkMe team has been super from client management, support, and the training.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

We have had some issues with our data capture due to the way we identify users in our system and it's taken some time to resolve but the support from WalkMe has been great and much appreciated. We are still trying to understand the best way to segment and structure our systems for our clients as there are multiple deliveries and this makes it difficult to maintain, so we have concentrated on the system that is most similar across multiple clients.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to have a pre-requested onboarding program prior to training and a digitalized user guide. We have achieved both and are seeing an increased speed of learning on our system.

Implementation and adoption. It's a good tool for updates on our applications

 ### 36. WalkMe has provided invaluable support within our talent systems.

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe allows you to easily create self-serve content for your end-users that is easy to use while giving them an overall better experience by showing them the support on-screen vs. the traditional job aids.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Some technical knowledge would be helpful for the WalkMe builder as some elements on the platform may require jQuery or Regex to perform well.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefit to analyze how our users are using our tool and platform through WalkMe Insights has been amazing. We can find out what our users need help with or what content we're missing.

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

I like the options WalkMe offers. I am able to tackle different leraning styles and needs through the different actions such as smartwalkthurs and shuttes.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

The only thing that restricts me some times is the jQuery as we use an SPA and a system which is forever developing this can be very frustrating as finding the right element can be difficult.

**Recommendations to others considering WalkMe:**

Plan a maintence schedule as well as a roll out plan. Keeping your content up to date ensures user adoption.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have reduced service desk tickets into double figures, trained 1000+ staff on a new system and hosted 100+ user guides all in one pkace. We are currently looking at onboarding to reduce time and effort on the training team,

 ### 39. We have been unlocking huge value from bringing WalkMe to our many products for the last 3 years

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

I like that anyone can learn the tool within just a couple of days and some practice and get started quickly. There's still a lot more to unlock at an advanced level, so you can be creative in your use and solve many complex problems related to platform adoption at your firms. I also like how the WalkMe teams are constantly improving the user experience and adding more features to make the building process easier. At the same time, they are constantly thinking about how to upskill new and existing users.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

I wish the team could improve the after-sales support. We struggled to scale initially and didn't know a lot about best practices, templates, etc., which the WalkMe team could have guided us more. Also, there are still some areas to improve in terms of analytics and surveys. Surveys especially feel very limited in functionality and design.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using WalkMe for many use cases or opportunities, such as Training/Onboarding new users, managing changes/updates in those platforms, ensuring our users are entering correct data, and finally learning user behavior from analytics.

 ### 40. Implementing WalkMe

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

Great tool for use adoption especially in newly developed D365 applications.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Dynamics is a bit tricky with WalkMe due to the ever changing connectors however WalkMe Support and CSM have been terrific in assisting us get around this.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe is providing our end users across the state with the ability to easily use standardised processes across a complex newly created system. A large number of the users are very limited in their computing skills so WalkMe adds an extra layer of support at the end users finger tips.

 ### 46. WalkMe is exceptional software that will be a great asset to your company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth W. | Business Analyst - Capital Projects, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2021

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe is an exceptional program that enables you to implement numerous innovative solutions for your client. We use this in conjunction with our Project Management application. You can come up with multiple solutions to a single problem, enabling the client to choose which is better suited for their ideals. It allows for segementation of users so that you may easily implement features for a subset of users. The ShoutOuts allow for ease and efficiency of pushing out notifications when a known outage is occuring, preventing support from being inundated with reports. The WalkThrus cut down on repeat how-to questions that are sent to the help desk on a daily basis. This is software that I wish we would've been able to implement for our previous application solutions. I am excited to keep learning about what we are able to implement and use it to create new, exciting features for our client.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Some features are not as intuitive, but they are easily picked up and learned. There is not much negative feedback that I can provide on WalkMe. It has suited our needs well so far. The WalkMe insights could use some optimization and enhancement in regards to the reports available and how they are sent out. Some of the logic is finnicky but is easily deciphered by someone even slightly familiar with the basics of how it operates.

**Recommendations to others considering WalkMe:**

If you are looking for technology to help your company succeed with innovation, WalkMe is the platform you are looking to implement. The possibilities are endless in the solutions you can create. I would highly recommend having frequent in-depth training to learn all of the ins and outs of the program. Develop a knowledge base to retain this information. If there is a test environment for the platform WalkMe will be used in conjunction with, use this to your advantage in testing new features you are ready to publish. You should definitely weight this against other solutions out there but I highly believe this will be an exceptional contender.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe helps us quickly publish notifications related to outages, outage resolution, new updates to the system, and upcoming deadlines. It helps us clarify the process for users and provide in-depth instruction. We can optimize the user experience and provide real-time instruction. We are able to implement solutions that prevent users from moving forward unless they complete certain actions. This is preventing system errors and data integrity issues, thus saving support many hours in correcting these problems. We are implementing knowledge and how-tos directly int othe application, instead of making users come to the support desk and them having to answer and provide the same instruction multiple times.

 ### 47. WalkMe is a very effective tool for digital adoption without heavy investment in development work.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Effective in improving UX and training new users on systems. Easy to create content and customize for different use cases.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

WalkMe should focus more on the end-user scenarios for a website. WalkMe has rolled out many features for Employee onboarding and training in the last few years.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to onboard new users on a cloud-based system. WalkMe has significantly reduced the time and training required to onboard new users.

 ### 48. Easy to use and lots of new builds to discover

It helps with onboarding and is perfect for making demos of solutions.
