Highly recommend it for any organization looking to boost productivity and create a more self-sufficient user experience.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

The WalkMe team is working on helping us to better be able to tell our WalkMe value story, which I appreciate greatly!

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

I find WalkMe very simple to use and completely customizable, which allows me to use the system's or company's colors and melt content in the system seamlessly. I appreciate the powerful insights it provides, as they assist in planning the content we should build and help evaluate its efficiency. Additionally, the setup was quite easy thanks to a WalkMe Customer Success Manager being there and training us to get started.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Maintenance can be lenghty

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe helps my team with slow adoption and complex customization of the Ariba system. I love its simplicity, full customization, and powerful insights that guide content planning and efficiency evaluation.

  ### 3. Revolutionizes User Experience with Intuitive Guidance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

I love how WalkMe makes complex systems feel simple and intuitive for users, allowing me to create clear, step-by-step guidance that genuinely helps users complete tasks without confusion. I appreciate how flexible and powerful WalkMe is, offering tools like Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and surveys to solve problems creatively. The analytics and insights are a big advantage, helping me understand user behavior and continuously improve solutions. Features like Smart Walk-Thrus break down complex processes for users, Launchers provide on-demand support, and ShoutOuts effectively communicate important updates. These tools together improve user experience, reduce support dependency, and increase efficiency, making WalkMe very valuable in my work.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

While WalkMe is highly effective, there are a few areas for improvement. Maintaining solutions can be time-consuming, especially when UI changes break element detection. Handling dynamic elements can sometimes impact flow stability. Insights reporting could be more intuitive and detailed, and performance may slightly drop when many assets are used on a page. Additionally, improved version control and change tracking would make collaboration easier. The reporting feature would benefit from more customizable dashboards, deeper drill-down capabilities, and more intuitive filtering. Improved element detection for dynamic UI elements would reduce maintenance effort, along with more reliable auto-healing selectors and better support for single-page applications.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use WalkMe to simplify user experience on KPMG Risk Hub by providing in-app guidance, which assists with onboarding, training, and feature adoption. It reduces errors, enhances efficiency, minimizes training needs, and offers valuable user insights.

  ### 4. Great product with amazing customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe is easy to use once you get the hang of it. Doing the WalkMe training courses really helps with the learning.

The support team is amazing, and one of the biggest reason I choose to stay with WalkMe.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Probably the biggest issue we have had with WalkMe has been centered around using it with iframes. If you don't have iframes, you'll be golden. If you do, plan to become good friends with WalkMe support - you'll need their help.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can get information out to our customers right away, and it is easy for them to search for what they need - right when and where they need it. This has helped reduce the customer service requests we receive.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thank you for your wonderful review – not to mention being a customer for the past four years! It's fantastic to hear that you've had such great experiences across the board, from the training courses and product UI/UX to your engagements w/ our support folks – and we're looking forward to continuing to support you on your WalkMe journey :)

We're always looking to enhance our features to serve you even better in the future, so if you haven't already done so, I recommending submitting any requests or ideas in the "Ideas" section of the Community 💡 .

Your positive experience and feedback mean a lot to us, so thanks again for sharing and congratulations on all that you're accomplishing with your WalkMe program!

  ### 5. Transforms Digital Adoption with Proactive In-App Guidance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thea megan B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

I like WalkMe's in-app guidance because it feels contextual, proactive, and non-intrusive, giving help exactly where and when users need it without disrupting their workflow. I also really value the Smart Walk-Thrus feature. It offers interactive, step-by-step guidance with balloons, highlights, and auto-advancing steps, helping users navigate complex tasks without leaving the app. This feature makes tasks foolproof, reduces errors, and boosts user confidence. Additionally, WalkMe's Analytics & Insights are amazing, especially the Steps Analysis and the way they help identify users' hesitation points and interaction heatmaps. This data-driven approach is crucial for optimizing processes and improving user experience, proving the tool's ROI.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

WalkMe is undeniably expensive, requiring long-term contracts and having a quote-based pricing structure that can quickly add up for mid-sized teams or broad deployments. Many users find it a tough sell for smaller organizations or tight budgets, with mentions of hidden or add-on fees for advanced features. Another major pain point is the maintenance and breakage when apps update. Even minor changes in the underlying software can break Walk-Thrus and other elements, necessitating regular reviews and rebuilds. It often requires a dedicated team to keep the content current, otherwise, the guidance can become unreliable or outdated fast.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find WalkMe addresses digital adoption in complex software environments, solving low productivity and high support costs. Its contextual guidance is proactive, and features like Smart Walk-Thrus and Analytics help users complete tasks faster and identify workflow improvements.

  ### 6. Clear In-App Guidance and Analytics That Accelerate Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kishore P. | Product consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe helps users get things done inside the application without needing external training or constant support. The in-app guidance, walkthroughs, and tooltips are clear and contextual, which reduces mistakes and speeds up onboarding. The analytics are especially helpful to see where users drop off or struggle, so we can fix workflows instead of guessing. Once it’s set up properly, it delivers consistent value across teams.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

There is a learning curve when building advanced flows or handling complex use cases. Initial setup and customization can take time, especially for large applications with many paths. Some features feel powerful but require training to use efficiently. Pricing can also feel high for smaller teams if they don’t fully use the platform.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe reduces user confusion, lowers support tickets, and shortens onboarding time. Instead of relying on documentation or live training, users get guidance exactly when they need it. This improves adoption of new tools, reduces errors, and helps teams stay productive without constant hand-holding.

  ### 7. Streamlines Onboarding with Intuitive Walkthroughs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Willy B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

I love how WalkMe provides guidance right when and where it's needed, with step-by-step walkthroughs and interactive tips that make learning new processes so much easier. I appreciate being able to customize guidance for different team members and see how everyone is interacting with the platform. These features make onboarding smoother, reduce mistakes, and help the team feel more confident using the software. WalkMe takes the stress out of training my team on new or complicated software by allowing them to follow clear, interactive guidance, which reduces errors, speeds up learning, and keeps everyone on the same page. Overall, it makes day-to-day work a lot smoother and helps the team stay productive and confident.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

While WalkMe is really helpful, there are a few things that could be better. Setting up walkthroughs or customizing guidance can sometimes feel a bit time-consuming and complicated, especially for more detailed processes. I also wish features like analytics and reporting were a bit easier to navigate so I could quickly see how people are interacting with the guidance.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use WalkMe for easier onboarding and navigation of complex processes. It reduces training stress, decreases mistakes, and speeds up learning with in-tool guidance, helping my team work confidently and productively.

  ### 8. Empowers New Users Quickly, Needs Performance Boost

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chaitanya V. | Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2026

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

I like how WalkMe offers features like announcements for new application features. It's helpful that we can add a help icon which assists users in navigation and understanding features. The smart walkthroughs are particularly useful when users need to learn more about a component or how to use it. Also, the initial setup of WalkMe was pretty easy, thanks to the clear instructions provided.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

When the application is huge it lags pretty bit, which creates a negative impact for the user and doesn't show up quickly. The WalkMe smart walkthrough should be refactored so that it won't cause performance issues and doesn't lag for large-scale applications.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use WalkMe to onboard new users with smart walkthroughs for each component, helping them understand the application. It provides announcements for new features and a help icon for users to navigate and learn about components if they're stuck.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe is helping us solve challenges with user adoption, onboarding, and process compliance by providing in-app guidance, validation, and automation. We initially turned to WalkMe to take place of our Salesforce live training, but it's provided us with so much more in therms of reducing training costs, minimizing errors, and ensuring employees can complete complex workflows accurately and efficiently.

  ### 15. From Confusion to Clarity with WalkMe

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maheshwari K. | Digital Adoption Senior Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2025

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

We use almost all the WalkMe apps, and it has really changed the way our teams work. Features like Smart Walk-Thrus and SmartTips give step-by-step help right inside the tools we use, so even new team members can start working without a lot of training. It feels like having a virtual guide always ready to help, and it has saved us a lot of time.

WalkMe Workstation is also a big plus for us. It brings together our CRM, HR, support tools, and other daily apps into one place. I can quickly search, open apps, and complete small tasks without jumping between multiple windows. The ActionBot makes things even easier by letting me do simple actions like checking leave or logging updates right away.

What makes WalkMe stand out is how easy it is to customize. We can create guides, tips, and automated flows that match exactly how our processes work. Whenever we need to update something, we can do it fast, and the changes show up instantly for everyone.

Overall, it has made onboarding faster, reduced support questions, and improved productivity. Our team feels more confident using our tools, and new changes are picked up much quicker. It’s one of those tools that quickly becomes hard to work without.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

WalkMe is great, but there are a few things that could be better. In Workstation, we can’t really customize the look, like changing the style of balloons, and there’s no option to add our own CSS for consistent design. It also doesn’t let us filter data by custom date ranges, which makes it harder to dig into specific time periods.

It would be really useful if we could see the user IDs and detailed activity for people using Workstation apps, but there aren’t any full reports for that right now. I’ve also noticed there’s a “Workstation dashboard insights” and a “Workstation system insights,” but it’s not clear what the difference is. Lastly, we can only see insights for top items we’ve deployed. Having data for all items would make tracking and improving them a lot easier.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe has made it so much easier for our team to learn and use all our business tools without feeling lost or dependent on long manuals. Features like SmartTips, Walk-Thrus, and Workstation guide people right inside the flow of their work, so they get help exactly when they need it. This means fewer repetitive questions to our support team, faster onboarding for new hires, and a big boost in confidence for everyone using our apps. In the end, it’s saving time, reducing frustration, and helping us get more done every day.

**Reviewed by:** Nicole T. | Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

It really helps our users in navigating a new tool. It replaces 1:1 coaching at a basic level, saving us time and resources. The customer support is unmatched and they will respond within a couple of hours.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

It can be glitchy and not consistant from a developers point of view. Also, many times it doesn't scale to zoom percentage.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes I have noticed the users complain about the WalkMe extention not working on their browser.

The WalkMe extention takes a little bit longer to show up on the browser somtimes.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe helps in avoiding the repetitive questions from the end users about how to run a particular task or how to get a report out of the system.

  ### 20. Walkme revolutionizing HR processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Walkme provides user-friendly guidance with almost no code needed. it simplifies software navigation making it easy for users to understand. It's capability to build solution for every use case is amazing.
Upsides are Walkmen has smart, rule-based content to user roles and behavior, it's inbuilt analytics helps us track user behaviour and drop off points allowing us to streamline those processes with walkme

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

The only dislike about walkme is if there are dynamic fields, it takes some microseconds to load , so there are chances that Walkme is missed if users are too fast. And two autoplay don't work together unless one is completely finished. But no show stopper.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walkme is solving to streamline many HR processes like hiding irrelevant fields, automating some fields based on user input, providing interactive guidance which allows less repitition of manual input.
This leads to better user satisfaction and business outcome as every wrong filled form costs money and also time consuming.

What I like best about WalkMe is its ability to provide real-time, contextual guidance directly within applications, without requiring users to leave their workflow. The platform empowers organizations to reduce training time, minimize support tickets, and improve user adoption by delivering step-by-step walkthroughs, tooltips, and automation exactly when and where users need them.
From an admin perspective, I especially appreciate the flexibility of the Smart Walk-Thrus, the robust segmentation options, and the ability to customize UI elements to align with our brand guidelines. WalkMe combines technical depth with a no-code interface, making it accessible for both business teams and developers.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

What I find challenging with WalkMe is the complexity of managing large-scale deployments. As the number of Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, and segments grows, maintaining structure and consistency requires rigorous governance. Without clear naming conventions, tags, and version control, the editor can quickly become difficult to navigate.
Additionally, some customizations — especially around CSS and advanced logic — require a deeper level of technical skill than what the no-code interface suggests, which can create a learning curve for non-technical users.

That said, these challenges are manageable with proper planning and documentation, and WalkMe continues to improve its tools and admin experience.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guide users in real time with step-by-step Smart Walk-Thrus, reducing confusion and errors.
Decrease dependency on traditional training by providing just-in-time support directly in the flow of work.
Reduce support volume by addressing common questions proactively through Tooltips, Launchers, and ShoutOuts.
Accelerate onboarding for new employees and users of new tools.
Ensure consistency and compliance in critical processes (e.g., in procurement, finance, or HR systems).

  ### 22. Powerful Guidance and Chatbot, even though with need to use CSS at times

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

This is a powerful on-screen guidance tool that helps set boundaries for users, particularly in situations where there are system limitations. I also really appreciate the chatbot feature, which makes interacting with users much easier.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

To use CSS when some features or customizations aren't possible with the current options in the WalkMe editor.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe has been helpful in addressing some of the pain points our users experience. It's also useful for reminding users about small details that might otherwise be overlooked, especially for those who don't use the application every day.

  ### 23. An Invaluable Asset!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

For the purposes of my role specifically, I love Visions. Watching the user's experience is so helpful for seeing where education may be needed, or when something is a true technology issue or a user error. More broadly, I love that we can create targeted messaging to help with information and pain points. And the in-depth analytics let us see and measure if our messaging and guidance is being used/having the desired effect.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Building content is unnecessarily complicated.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our technology is updated frequently, and WalkMe allows to both easily notify our customers of changes, but also build in guided help when needed.

  ### 24. Great Customer Support Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

When needing assistance, the WalkMe Support team responded extremely quickly and took the time to replicate my issue. When an immediate answer wasn't available, they passed along my questions to the appropriate teams as needed. I received prompt and clear responses and even additional actions to make my ideas known to their product team!

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Some of the user interface can seem clunky - but with proper training (provided for free by WalkMe), this is a challenge that can be overcome relatively quickly!

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe allows our team to add additional features without the need to use developer time and energy :)

  ### 25. WalkMe Is the Best!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Working with WalkMe has been an absolute game-changer for our organization. From day one, the platform has empowered us to simplify complex processes, reduce support tickets, and deliver an intuitive, self-service experience for our users. Whether it’s creating Smart Walk-Thrus, automating tasks, or launching timely communications through Workstation, WalkMe has exceeded our expectations.
But what truly sets this experience apart is the WalkMe Success Team. Their partnership, strategic guidance, and deep product knowledge have been invaluable. They took the time to understand our unique workflows and goals, and they consistently offer creative, scalable solutions that align with our vision. No question goes unanswered, no challenge goes unsupported, they are responsive, collaborative, and proactive every step of the way.
We’re incredibly grateful for the partnership and excited about what’s ahead. WalkMe isn’t just a product, it’s a team and a strategy we trust.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

One area of opportunity would be the availability of more live, instructor-led training sessions. While the on-demand resources and documentation are helpful, our team would greatly benefit from regular live courses that allow for real-time Q&A, deeper exploration of advanced features, and hands-on learning with direct feedback. These sessions could accelerate adoption and help us get even more value out of the platform.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe is helping us solve several key challenges related to user adoption, process consistency, and system navigation across our enterprise platforms. Before implementing WalkMe, users often struggled with complex workflows, resulting in frequent support tickets, inconsistent data entry, and delays in task completion. With WalkMe, we’ve been able to proactively guide staff through essential processes using Smart Walk-Thrus, surface key communications through Workstation notifications, and simplify training with contextual, on-demand support.

  ### 30. A company that truly wants to see you succeed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth W. | WalkMe Implementation Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

The think I like best about WalkMe is it's constant evolution and improvement to keep up to date with technical advances and challenges. We have now implemented WalkMe on 7 systems at my currently company and I've completed 41 implementations in total over my time working with the software. It shows the diversity of systems that the platform can be added to and how it adds benefits across different processes and teams. The WalkMe team have been very supportive in working with our builders to enjoy that our projects are successful and have shared in our commitment to simplify processes and improve the use of the systems for our users.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

The only dislike I has is dealing with support staff who are new to the software and haven't yet had the necessary exposure to the more complex issues and therefore there is a delay in getting the required help. WalkMe does have an alternative source of support through their WalkMe community forum; utliising experts from the DAP community who are more than willing to help with complex issues and explore challenges. As the product continues to be expanded and updated there is a transition period with changes with previous features not being available in new UI or having to work between two or even three different parts of the platform

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe has helped my company address issues we have with inefficiences in our system processes and improve performance. With the help of WalkMe we have been able to streamline our processes and reduce bottlenecks and generally make our systems more effective and easier for the users which in turn improves service for our customers.
If quoted timeframes and costs for software development do not meet with business need, we use WalkMe to bridge the gap, demonstrating the immediate benefits and the necessity to move forward with the development. A recent project for this allowed us to bring an offer to Market 6-9 months before development work would have been completed.
Our latest project provides our AI team with the vehicle for their machine learning models so they can bring their response direct to our users by connecting up the WalkMe software to their API endpoints.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> 👋 Hi Lizzie - Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! It's great to hear that WalkMe's continuous evolution and our team's support have positively impacted your projects – we're committed to simplifying processes and enhancing system use for everyone involved :).

Regarding your experience with our newer support staff, we appreciate your patience and completely understand the importance of swift, knowledgeable assistance. Your insights are crucial as we work on improving every aspect of our service, including support speed and effectiveness. (And, of course, we're glad the WalkMe community has been a valuable resource for you as you navigate complex projects 🙌 ) Thanks again for being part of our community, for being a customer, and for helping us grow.

  ### 31. The only solution for Digital Adoption that actually works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris M. | Lead Digital Adoption Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2025

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe solves the just-in-time-training problem the way no other application can. Instead of pulling users away from desk, expecting rote memorization of complex process and inundating them with job aids - the instruction happens on the screen during real-time execution. No time away from desk. No memorization. No maintenance of cumbersome job aids. With this type of improved experience, you can do wonders for data integrity, change adoption and improving the ROI of your entire tech stack. I've been in Change Adoption for 20 years. This is the only application that I've ever used that has actually created provable results. On a long enough timeline, all training looks like this. Do it now.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

The hardest part of WalkMe is selling it internally. It's a net-new technology, so helping leaders understand the scope of the opportunity can sometimes be a bit of a journey. But worth it.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data integrity issues are a thing of the past with WalkMe. We have content that literally stops the user from entering bad data, automates key data elements for consistency and ensures no data is missing. The validaton capabilities soar above what IT can hard-code into the underlying platforms. As a result, we've taken error rates as high as 70% all the way to 0 by making the error impossible.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Chris, thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review about your experiences! We're always thrilled to hear how people are doing wonders (such a great word!) with their DAP strategy – and you're it sounds like you're delivering a *big* impact with your solutions, from proactive data validation and error reduction to driving change, delivering in-the-flow of work guidance, and boosting tech stack ROI 🙌

Thank you for choosing WalkMe and here’s to your continued success and innovation! 🚀

  ### 32. WalkMe has been an excellent tool for quick guidance and analytics that drive org decisions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

We have been using WalkMe for all its guidance features, but lately we have also started using the analytics features like tracked events and flow analytics. This provides us in depth user engagement data which is very helpful for change management decisions.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Been working with it for some years now, and I can't think of any issues that jump out necessarily.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using WalkMe to enhance our org's internal systems and help the users navigate it better.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that you value WalkMe as an excellent digital adoption platform and that our customer support has made such a positive impact. ### 33. WalkMe is helping our users submit orders!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken F. | LEAD TECH PRODUCT MGR, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe let's me inject a launcher button in the middle of an ordering flow, so that users who get confused can click that button and get help to finish completing their order. I've added these launcher buttons to a few of our flows and have had a big increase in users using the WalkMe guides! I love that I can add these buttons anywhere I want and control the messaging, all without having to involve our developers!

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

No big downsides! The WalkMe Editor has a lot of features and it takes time to learn how to use them, but they have great help topics on their support website, chat support and you can schedule a call with someone to help you over a Zoom call as needed at a time that works best for you! The support staff is very professional and dedicated to making sure you are happy with the results!

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of our customers are super techy Network Administrators and know how to manage their network settings, but some are not Network Administrators, so WalkMe helps them better understand how to make changes to their network using our ordering tools.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Hi Ken - thank you for sharing your feedback and experiences! We love to hear how you're building WalkMe solutions that are having a big impact for your end users – and saving development resources and time :)

We *also* appreciate your shoutout to our support team and resources as well. From our website help topics to chat and Zoom support, it’s great to know that you’ve found our team professional and dedicated to ensuring your success.

Thank you for choosing WalkMe to support your goals, and here’s to your continued success 🎉

  ### 34. WalkMe and UKG (Kronos)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krista K. | Optimization Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Our organization implemented WalkMe to use on a few applications, one being UKG (Kronos). We have used it in both Workforce Central and UKG Pro WFM. We have had much success with it. We have found that our endusers like the quick feedback they receive when using WalkMe functionality. In addition, some end users just need to get a few steps into the process to remember how to complete it. It saves them time and also, our support team time so we can focus on other items/issues

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

I'm not sure there are any downsides to using it and there isn't really anything i dislike about it. It was a challenge for me to learn in the beginning but over the years, the software has become easier to use from an administrator standpoint

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our goal was to give endusers a tool at their finger tips to answer questions quickly and accruately instead of having to call a support desk and/or combing through documentation. In turn, this saves not only them time but also our support teams time so we can focus on more important issues

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your experiences, Krista! We love to hear about the success you've had with WalkMe, from helping your end-users complete processes more efficiently to freeing up valuable time for your support team to focus on other priorities 🎉

It's also great that you've found WalkMe easier to use; we're committed to making your experience (and learning journey) as effective, smooth, and user-friendly as possible, so if you ever have suggestions, we're all ears!

Thank you for choosing WalkMe to support your organization's goals and kudos again on all of you success.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe offers a big variety of features to build tailored in- app- guidance and and feature promotions on our customer facing B2B online portals. 80% of our customer do NOT call customer service anymore after having played WalkMe. This frees up our teams for more complex and value adding oportunities while our customers navigate independently on our self-serve portal. It is easy to integrate and to maintain. It also offers many insights on user behaviuor.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

not much I can think of right now. It is a very good tool.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guide customers to self serve digitally instead of calling customer service

  ### 36. WalkMe is a Must for Change Management!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas M. | Business Systems Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2025

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

At its core, the objective of WalkMe's on-screen guidance relates very closely to my childhood experience. I grew up with a rather large family, and was one of very few who took a great interest in technology and innovation, looking up to great minds, such as Walt Disney.

As my technical background began to develop, so too did the advancement of technology in the early 2000s, and I was always the one being pulled in to setup home entertainment systems, troubleshoot computer issues, and everything in between.

As we moved into the age of smartphones and a world where computers became a normalcy everywhere, I could have only dreamed of a technology that could eliminate the need for me to assist a family member with the same issues repeatedly, over and over again.

When I got the email in my organization that we were adopting this new technology called WalkMe and they needed someone with a technical background and a passion for helping others learn, I felt like I may have found my dream job.

So, I would say what I like the best about WalkMe is its ability to help others learn and become educated to do their jobs better, and to make their lives' a little bit easier. It is WalkMe's ability to help others achieve something that they may not have had the confidence in thinking they could, that makes it great!

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

I do not have too many quarrels with WalkMe, as most of the features I have thoughts about changing, typically end up being updated, as WalkMe is very good at adapting and keeping their Application relevant.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Numerous issues ranging from:
• Educating Users on confusing processes that they are required to perform day-to-day.
• Reminding Users to perform certain tasks that keep us within compliance and regulations in our industry.
• Serving as a Hub to access information quicker and easier than going out to a Knowledge Base manually.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Nicholas, thank you for sharing such a heartfelt story 💛 ! It’s inspiring to see how your passion for technology and helping others aligns so beautifully with what you're able to do with WalkMe to educate and empower users. We’re thrilled to hear how you've been able to use WalkMe to make a difference, from simplifying daily processes to streamlining information access – and that you've found your dream job :)

Your feedback means a lot to us, so thank you again for sharing. Here’s to your continued success!

  ### 37. Best digital adoption tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nitin S. | Information Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Different types of WM elements such as SWTs, Smart Tips, Shoutouts, Launchers, and so on are easy to use and develop user-engaging content. WalkMe simplifies the onboarding process for new users by providing step-by-step guidance, which can be very helpful for complex software or platforms. It offers real-time, in-app guidance which helps users navigate through software and complete tasks without needing to refer to external help resources. Its Analytics and customization features are also very useful.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Sometimes WalkMe slows down the performance of the applications it's integrated with, particularly if the guidance overlays are extensive. While WalkMe offers a high degree of customization, I feel that it still has limitations, particularly when trying to create highly specific or complex user flows.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By providing real-time, contextual help, WalkMe enhances the overall user experience, making software more accessible and user-friendly. With effective onboarding and training tools, organizations can reduce the time and resources spent on training new users. WalkMe's automation and guidance features help users complete tasks more quickly and accurately, leading to increased efficiency and productivity. The analytics provided by WalkMe help organizations understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement, leading to better decision-making and optimization of the software.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thanks for your detailed review, Nitin! We're *delighted* to hear that you find WalkMe easy-to-use, from building content that simplifies users' experience to using our analytics to understand user behavior and make informed decisions. It sounds like your solutions are making a real impact on your users and your organization, across your tech stack 🙌

Regarding your feedback on performance – this definitely shouldn't be the case, and we'd love to connect you with our product team to understand what might be happening. You can reach out to your account team to set up an intro, or me directly and I'll make it happen :).

Thank you again for sharing your insights, and we look forward to your continued success!

  ### 38. WalkMe is, without a doubt, the best Digital Adoption Platform around

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stewart B. | Application Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

I believe the best part about WalkMe is the support and product teams. The product itself is awesome, but as with all things, the support and people behind the product is what makes it stand out from the rest. Building content for a wide variety of applications and websites is challenging enough, and WalkMe does an outstanding job of it, so when we need help, or have issues, the extra support and guidance from WalkMe professionals makes all the difference in the world.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Not many downsides that I have seen, but always improving and moving forward. Our company has tried nearly everything that WalkMe has to offer, and we've only had a couple of issues that we could not move past to using certain features. I have confidence that most any company, application, or product would greatly benefit from WalkMe DAP to help with onboarding, adoption, and analytics.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using WalkMe on a wide variety of systems to help with user adoption, feedback, help, and some data entry automation as well. We use Insights analytics to help guage how many users are interacting with some of our apps and what content might best server them.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Stewart - *THANK YOU* for this amazing feedback! It's awesome to hear you say that WalkMe is the best DAP around, but we're especially happy to hear that our support and product teams have made such a positive impact on your experience *and* that you're reaping such rewards from using the full suite of capabilities 🙌

It sounds like you've built quite a robust DAP program – and we're thrilled that WalkMe is helping you tackle challenges and drive impact across various systems. Here's to your continued success!

Thank you again for sharing your experience and for being a customer 🙏

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

I would like the training path to be easier to find and more intuitive to navigate.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm studying to certificate in WalkMe

  ### 40. Review of WalkMe Support Experience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

The most helpful thing about WalkMe is how relatively easy it is to use. There's no need for coding knowledge, while implementations which is very convinient. Moreover, the Customer Support solves created tickets/cases in a fastly manner, which I greatly appreciate. We use WalkMe various features quite a lot - it's amazing what some of them can do.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

The downsides of WalkMe include, from my point of view, how it can 'freeze' at times, which disturbs the workflow. Other than that, it's inconvinient how one bug can lead to some additional issues. Moreover, sometimes the same thing cas show incorrectly, then after a while (without changing anything) it can work as expected - hard to pinpoint the error.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe greatly helps in providing the users with the assistance they might need while performing their duties.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the WalkMe platform and with our support teams 🙏 It's great to hear that you're finding WalkMe easy to use and building impactful solutions for your users!

We understand how frustrating it can be when technical issues disrupt your workflow. Please rest assured that our team is always working on improvements to enhance your experience – and, if you'd ever like to share your feedback directly with our Product Team to make sure we're addressing your needs, I'm happy to set up an introduction.

Thanks again!

  ### 41. Best DAP product out there!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anaida W. | Senior Analyst (Customer Success) , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2023

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

I love how Helpful Walkme as a product is, I know HTML is easy but I am someone who hadn't worked with HTML before and had to start working with it for better utilization of Walkme. With the resources and community available anyone can DAP now! Users don't need to be tech savy, it is a very DIY type of application and anyone can learn it easily by just working through the editior and insights - Leraning through expereince. I wouldn't recommed any other product for DAP.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

100% Integration with your product/website is sometimes tricky specially if you are hosted via third party platforms - in these cases you then get completly restricted from using the walkme features for those parts of yyour products.. there is some workarounds which is good. But it would great to be able to integrate and use ALL of walkme features.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of taking 500 1:1 meetings we just need to make one walkthrough and the work is done! We also have firsthand vidusalization of how it is impacting our users and helps identify Pain points.
Something went wrong in our product? it's so easy to find the bug now with the help of Session playback - Instead of spennding hours of resource in trying to re-create an issue we can just go through the sessions. Overall it is revolutionalry in terms of providings users insights.

**Official Response from Paul Senatori:**

> Dear Anaida (which BTW, is an amazing name! Armenian?).

Thank you immensely for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your experience with WalkMe. It truly warms our hearts to know that you've found value in our DIY-oriented approach and that the resources and community have empowered you to harness the power of DAP even without a background in HTML.

We appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the scalability of user customizations and the caching issue affecting the WalkMe editor. Rest assured, we continually strive to enhance the WalkMe experience, and your insights are extremely valuable in this endeavor. I am taking the initiative to route your specific feedback to our product management team while also notifying the head of the CSM organization, ensuring your voice is heard as we work on future updates.

It's fantastic to hear that WalkMe has been a revolutionary tool in helping you identify and address pain points efficiently through visualizations and session playbacks, transforming the way you address issues and gather insights. Remember, we are here to support you in leveraging WalkMe to its fullest potential.

Thank you once again for your support and partnership. Please feel free to reach out to me personally at paul.senatori@walkme.com for any further assistance or feedback.

  ### 42. We've found WalkMe to be a really valuable asset for the Data & Analytics team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

We've found WalkMe to be a really valuable asset for the Data & Analytics team. It's highly customisable and innovative features allow us to tailor solutions for bespoke campaigns, ensuring we can effectively target specific audiences for training and communication.

WalkMe has enhanced our end users' experience and led to a significant reduction in service desk tickets.

The Digital Adoption team know how to get the best out of WalkMe and improve our use of it tenfold.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

WalkMe has to be managed correctly by both the product team and the team requesting WalkMe assistance, and by this I mean it is easy to forget about WalkMe solutions that have been implemented on a product which may become an irritation for end users.

Similarly if WalkMe is used in a company across multiple teams, it only takes one team to poorly implement a WalkMe solution for the confidence in WalkMe to drop; a lot of end users will associate one WalkMe solution with all others, and ensuring the best practice is followed to the highest standards ensures the confidence in WalkMe remains high.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe helps us to connect with our end users, whether this be collectively or for bespoke cohorts of users for specific projects or areas of the business. It helps us to let the user self service their requirements in their own time and at their leisure, saving training time for the team and allowing the user to be in control of their learning pathway.
WalkMe has also helped us overcome technical challenges when these obstacles arise, creating far less friction when other solutions are not available.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thank you for your insightful and detailed review and for being a customer! We love to hear that you're able to customize your WalkMe solutions in various different ways to suit your needs and drive real impact for your end users, your team, and your organization as a whole 🎊

And, yes! Content maintenance and operational excellence best practices are key to creating a scalable, sustainable program. In addition to working with your account team to get our best practices & guidance to create the best structure for your organization, we definitely encourage everyone to explore the DAP Blueprint (https://www.walkme.com/dap-blueprint/), which includes various resources, guides, and templates for everything from stakeholder engagement and knowledge management to intake forms and content maintenance and more.

We also host various Community Events focused on best practices for building a scalable DAP strategy - and we're always looking for feedback about new topics. If you have any topics or ideas you'd like to see (or if you'd like to share your own!), you can reach out to me directly.

Congratulations again on what you've accomplished with your WalkMe program and here's to your continued success!

  ### 43. Thank you, Ben and WalkMe!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

I've had the pleasure of working with Ben, our Customer Success Manager from WalkMe, and his support has been invaluable in developing the Digital Adoption Center of Excellence at Illumina. Ben has consistently gone above and beyond, from setting up weekly check-ins and promptly responding to emails, to actively collaborating on content drafts, reviewing workflows, and providing clear, helpful documentation. His commitment and thorough guidance have been instrumental in helping me and my team succeed, and I’m genuinely grateful for his support. Thank you, Ben, for making this journey both effective and enjoyable!

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

The only thing I can think of is providing guidance and training on WHY one would use WalkMe vs. other training mediums. What are the use cases for using WalkMe content and what are some use cases where WalkMe is not the best solution to use? And showing users in training how to use the content based on real use cases. This is the use case and this is how we brainstorm to identify the right content to build instead of recreating all the training content into smart walk-throughs. I think new users lack the tools to understand what is the best solution to build, more of the Why, not the How. WalkME does a great job explaining the How in the training.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New user onboarding and reducing tickets for customer support.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thank you so much for this amazing feedback! We loved hearing about the impact Ben has had on developing your Digital Adoption Center of Excellence and driving your continued success (I also shared this feedback with him, and I have a feeling that it made his day :)).

We're always trying to help new builders make a real impact as quickly as possible, and creating more content and guidance on moving from building to *strategizing* when, where, and how to create the right solutions for specific use cases is definitely something that's top of mind for us. If you and your team haven't checked it out already, we host a Community event - the DAP Pro Show - that dives into some of these topics – and we're keen to continue sharing similar content over the coming weeks, months, and beyond.

Thank you again for being such an awesome customer and here's to your continued success!

  ### 44. Sometimes you're the windshield; sometimes you're the #winner!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2021

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

You know that feeling you get in the pit of your stomach, when a simple task turns into a *situation with great potential for disaster... Every now and then someone surprises me, seizes the problem as an opportunity, and turns disaster into daisies 🌷

and once in a GREEEEAAAAT WHILE, it's an entire team!

Here's an excerpt from my latest feedback submission to WalkMe™ support

"This ticket was a little on the chaotic side and it required attention from multiple teams including both Support and Product.

We had a couple of calls and more than a few emails (as should be expected). Overall, I was impressed with the seamless nature of the solution provided and I hope it was documented, so I can refer to it if the issue arises again.

In particular, I'd like to personally compliment Brandon Chandler, who managed the initial chat ticket with poise and confidence before transitioning it to Alona Valevich.

Alona and Travis Johnson, made sure I didn't miss anything while the issue was being worked by R&D.

And finally Chris Ziegler who was a pleasure to work with; patiently waiting while I validated the eventual solution.

Flawless orchestration and delivery of an elegant solution.

Kudos to all- you have my eternal gratitude."

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

As a First-Party customer, often WalkMe's feature releases are inaccessible. The delay could be months, and in some cases- years.

**Recommendations to others considering WalkMe:**

Engage the team and ask every question you can think of- you'll be impressed at every turn (even Support, post implementation).

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use WalkMe to communicate with and train customers, as well as provide access to external resources and in-app guidance. There are even times when we use WalkMe to enhance the User Interface to give our product engineers need a hand. Additional benifits include data & analytics, and automation capabilities that were previously unattainable.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Heather, THANK YOU for sharing your kind words and shoutouts to our support & product folks!

We *also* love hearing about how you're using WalkMe to solve business needs - and free team members focus on other high impact work - and "data, analytics, and automation capabilities that were unimaginable previously" is *exactly* what we're going for 🙌

  ### 45. WalkMe is great for user onboarding

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2025

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

It is great an onboarding users or providing in-application help where needed. Implementation is easy once snippet is embedded. Customer support is super helpful.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

It requires either hands on support or a dedicated team at your company to build the content out with WalkMe. UI can be improved upon in some aspects.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Self-Service when customers need help.

  ### 46. Excellent support management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan A. | Software Development & Training Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

I have been a customer for 3 years and have to say the support has just got better and better. I now have access to live chat which makes small ticket resolution so quick + AI answers helps with so much that I can't imagine life without it!

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

It can be slightly more low-code than no-code if you want to create highly robust and customised solutions but the learning is worth the outcome!

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to deploy solutions rapidly improving our time to value for clients

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Hi Nathan - Thank you so much for sharing your feedback *and* for being a customer for 3 years! We're delighted to hear that you've experienced such great support over the years and that features like live chat and AI answers are making your experience even better :).

We're also happy that you're able to create highly customized solutions to suit your business needs – and we're continually enhancing the builder experience. If you ever have feedback about enhancements that *you'd* like to see, you can post them in the "Ideas" section of the Community, which our Product Teams actively monitor. (Myself and your account team are also always happy to connect you w/ our Product folks directly.)

Thank you again and we look forward to supporting your digital adoption program – and following along with your success - for many more years!

  ### 47. Procurement Specialist

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

What I like about Walkme is the on line "step by step" guidance on how to use the system application. The elimination of using working instructions is too timing and frustrating for our business and the customer.
The best thing I personally like is the ActionBOT. Since, buildng an ActionBOT on our sourcing system the business stakeholders and customers are absolutely loving it. We have been receivd fantastic feedback and working on building it to accomodate the business stakeholders requirement and needs.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

The least helpful of WalkMe is not being able to use the "on screen" element when using it on Ariba, I'm not a jquery coding expert and when I have to end up having to use this solution I need walkme support assistance to "trial and error" the best jquery solution for the scenario I am working on.
Wish the product can identiy on screen elements for more complex solutions in the near future.
The downside of WalkMe is - when you have published a solution and then play it again, sometimes it works and then sometimes it doesnt't with Ariba. Not sure if this is a product problem when using Walkme for Ariba or the inconsistency, or the length of the steps within the SWT, not sure but this is what I find sometimes.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing Service Tickets and helping for our customers to selve service.
ActionBOT is the "key" with the connected SWT - is working like a dream and making our business stakeholders very happy!

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thank you for your detailed review 🙏 We're thrilled that you're having a significant impact on your customers' experience and delighting stakeholders with your WalkMe solutions! (ActionBot is one of my favorite capabilities too :) )

While I'm glad to hear that you're getting support assistance to solve your issues, I'd love to connect you with our Product team to see how we can review and resolve them once and for all. We're continually working on enhancing our capabilities to identify on-screen elements for more complex solutions and to improve overall consistency, so your feedback is invaluable.

If you're interested and willing to chat w/ them, you can reach out to me directly and I'll connect you w/ our Product leadership.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Nothing comes to mind. I don't have any dislikes at the moment.

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Easy to build, well designed, great team to work with.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

natural changes that happen because the company is growing ( i guess its part of the game in an fast growing area)

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

in general, its cost reduction + productivity increase with the elements:

- training substitution
- performance optimization
- data quality improvement
- ticket reduction

  ### 50. Walkme is efficient, time-saving, creates quick ROI, and my L&D pros love it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonya J. | Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Accessibility Leader/Sr Learning Experience Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

It is easy to build, I save lots of time, and end-users get the just-in-time help they need without submitting tickets or chatting with anyone. Our WalkMe customer success team is outstanding. Help is easy to get, and they quickly respond.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

We would like to see some features that have to be voted up to get results. And since we are a small team, we sometimes have to wait for our features to be implemented.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just in time help and walkthroughs that decrease calls for help from our customers and internal staff and to track progress of self service impacts.
