Using the communication application on my phone instead of using a walkie-talkie is convenient since I do not need to use an additional gadget. I have had issues of call drops and missing out on messages especially in regions where cell signal is low. This can be very irritating, especially when there is need to communicate at some certain time. In my line of business, a missed message is a potential setback or even a compromising situation. Walkie tackles the inefficiencies of a normal walkie talkie through being portable and diverse.
