Walkie Desk is remote desktop and remote support software for IT technicians, MSPs and companies. Technicians connect from the browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari), even from a phone or tablet, with nothing to install on their own computer. The PCs to be reached run the Walkie Desk host for Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2022/2025, with Mac (Apple silicon) and Linux in beta, for unattended access. For ad-hoc support the customer runs QuickSupport, which needs no installation and no account. During a session technicians can transfer files and folders in both directions, chat with the person at the PC, record the session locally, use multiple monitors and share the clipboard. Licensing is per seat: one connected technician with up to 3 PCs open at once, with unlimited PCs and unlimited registered technicians. Sessions are end-to-end encrypted with parameters signed by the devices, a second factor (TOTP, security key or passkey) is mandatory for everyone, and servers are in Italy with data kept in the EU. The person at the PC always sees who is connected and can end the session. A free Personal plan is available for non-commercial use.
