Walk The Distance is corporate walking challenge software that turns employee wellness into a shared adventure. Teams choose iconic virtual trails such as the Appalachian Trail or Camino de Santiago and watch their real-world steps move them along the route, fueling sustained motivation and friendly competition. It syncs with Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Health, and Samsung Health — no extra hardware or wearables required. Administrators get automated reports with metrics, leaderboards, and milestones that can be tied to incentives like gift cards or wellness credits. Flexible challenge durations and sub-group options fit programs of any size, on-site or fully remote. Built-in onboarding and engagement tools keep participation high across all fitness levels. Whether you're launching a workplace step challenge, a team-building event, or an ongoing employee wellness program, Walk The Distance drives lasting engagement.
