Although in general the platform meets (and exceeds) my expectations, there are a couple of points that could be improved:

1) Initial learning curve: The dashboard is very comprehensive, but new users find it difficult to navigate among so many advanced features.

2) Support only during European hours: The chat responds quickly, but outside of CET you have to wait. A more extensive repository of tutorials or 24/7 assistance would cover everyone.
