**What do you like best about Waitwhile?**

Everything! So easy to creat appointment windows, manage a waitlist, and toggle between waiting, serving, and served.  I like the chat function as well.

**What do you dislike about Waitwhile?**

I wish the software would default to Wait List, rather than being able to add someone to the Serving or Served lists.  It took a couple of times missing customers to realize I was adding them to the Serving or Served list rather than the Wait List.

**What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small business, we heavily rely on a wait list during busy times.  Waitwhile is much easier than our old method of customers adding their name to a dry erase board.

Waitwhile is a very responsive, easy to use, and reliable service that allows our business to take care of clientele in a timely and effective manner and prevent bottlenecking and long wait times.

It can be too easy to interfere with other processes if one is to click the wrong tab for waiting/serving. Occasionally a moment of inattention can cause a major problem.

Waitwhile has helped with queueing for products to be pulled from our forklift area, and making sure that customers know when their product is available for pickup in a timely manner, thus eliminating massive wait times with poor communication.

Time-saving is the most helpful because scanning and checking in is so quick. It is straightforward and gives you all details the patient is here for. There is no comparison

The biggest hurdle I have noticed is clients are not familiar with a "QR" code. The clientele we have to think it is an app for the most part and seems to be uncomfortable using their camera

The ability to edit the customer information to include ServiceNow ticket information, plus the fact that the ticket number is then displayed for easy reference, is very useful.

I have only been using Waitwhile for a short time, but I see nothing that would justify any negative criticism.

Working at the busy WarnerMedia TechBar, keeping track of walk-ins, as well as appointment based customers, would prove daunting without the added organization provided through Waitwhile.

HOW I CAN EDIT AND ADJUST THE THE CUSTOMER'S INFORMATION AND BE ABLE TO LABEL THE CUSTOMERS ON THE WAIT WHILE AS A NO-SHOW, AND YOU MAY BE ABLE PROPERLY TO REACH THEM THROUGH THE BUILT-IN SMS FEATURE. I ALSO APPRECIATE HOW EASY IT IS FOR CUSTOMERS TO BE ABLE TO SIGN UP AND GO; THERE ARE S ALSO OPTIONS AND VARIETIES TO GET FULL INFORMATION TO KNOW WHAT YOU'' EXPECT FROM THE NEXT CUSTOMER AND KNOW WHAT THEY NEED FROM ME NEXT.

**What do you dislike about Waitwhile?**

I wished the kiosk used for the wait while was more visible. Though there are QR codes and more minor signs, customers seem to pass it like nothing; perhaps an upright design, such as the ordering kiosks at Mcdonald's, those big sized screens and possibly a vibrant color will be an eye sore and most likely have more customers sign up. Though overall waitwhile's features in general have been aiding me in every way and definetly keeps things organized instead of having people argue about who was first in line or whom was there longer. I've been happy overall with  waitwhile's features.

A problem waiting while is solving for me is when customers come in and take a number and leave, with wait while they'll keep their place in line while shopping, but also be able to know where their place in line is, which benefits us because we'll get a higher rate of amount customers that do show up

When we had to manage a waiting list of 5000 clients, there is no page change button that allows you to reach a specific number, you have to "jump" from 50 to 50.

That the integration of the app to make calls could be broader to other applications.

It showed us the order in which customers requested the service and we had the option of sending messages directly from the App.
We were able to visualize the number of clients served, pending clients.

The easiness and efficiency of notifying a patient online whenever their turn is up next to visit the Doctor and the notification that directs them to visit the front desk so they can be roomed.

Currently, I do not have any complaints about this software. So far, this software has shown effectiveness and effeffiecny in the medical platform. So far, there are no fixes that I would recommend for this software.

The problem it is solving is the efficiency of notification of when the Patient is up next to see a provider. Sometimes patients like to wait outside the office, or they go on a coffee run; then Waitwhile presents the opportunity for a notification to be sent without having to go the extra mile of trying to locate a patient.

I like using waitwhile instead of standing in line. I wish it was used in more places like pharmacies and dr.'s offices. I'd much rather wait in my car than in a stuffy office environment.

User error is the only downside to the wait while app.

That i can send custom message to our customers. I also like that we can set a geo-fence and that people can only register if they are within a certain proximity of the facility. Our staff likes the overall look and simplicity of using the app.

Cost may be the only real thing, because otherwise it has been really useful. Using the app has really improve communciation with our customers and has overall made our jobs easier.

We previously had a paper waitlist, and we had to you a microphone to call the waitlist. In a busy and loud ice arena, this is really difficult. Now we can digitally communicate with customers. They like the simplicty and so do we. It's simplified our processes so much!

As a self proclaim old-school individual, I seldom find myself praising software, but I definitely find my task to have simplified when using WaitWhile.

**What do you dislike about Waitwhile?**

I have been using the software for almost a year and I dont have any suggestions at this time for improvement. I like Waitwhile because its simple and requires little to no training to use.

Waitwhile allows our department to log the voicemails throughout the day. My favorite feature is that it allows to assign clients to individual members in our department.

I love to wait- while at  IKEA, it helps reduce frustrated customers and improves customer surveys. Customers can make appointments at home to return, and pick up products.

What do you dislike? I can say I don't have any complaints. I prefer every retail store that works with customers who have waited while in their store. This product is the next best thing on the market. At IKEA, we see more and more happy customers leaving IKEA without waiting so long in return. 
We also use wait -while picking up products and spare parts the co-founder made wait while and looked at both party thought like if he was the customer as well as the employer

i recommend all company in retails it would make people understand their place in line

Wait while solving a big issue at Ikea during the weeks and weekends when it was jam-packed, and customers were all over the place due to cov-19 restrictions. Customers see their names on TV in order, and number and they have to sign in to be helped

It's very easy to use. I like that you can pan out to weekly or daily. It makes it very nice to see the layout for the week.

It solves for me the non-stop calls clients would make to ask when their turn would reach to be served and this has allowed the team the peace of mind to work with minimal interruptions from clients calling ALL THE TIME sometimes just to complain. so I can say our efficiency has increased because clients can see/track their wait time and stay patient until they are served and our turnaround time has improved our efficiency and also the clients are now happy which has boosted referrals and now the business is also having a higher close rate. this has improved our earnings.

The usability is straightforward, and it is pretty intuitive. We really enjoy the SMS cmposenet to commuicate with clients (parents).  Customer support is excellent.

Sometimes updates affect our ability to use the app effectively until support can resolve the issue. This is usually very brief. We would like to see alerts for SMS messaging.  A chat box would be excellent.

**Recommendations to others considering Waitwhile:**

You may want to consider the accessibility of the community. It seems that Waitwhile is much easier to use as an organization. It meets all of our scheduling and organizational needs, as well as planning and logistics. We get comments that it is not as accessible or user-friendly to the outside users of our community members.

**What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Waitwhile has been instrumental in organizing our enrollment procedures for our school district. It has been one of the most effective tools to allow us to go online with enrolment processes.

Student can schedule their own appointment with me. They can change their appointment without having to call me.

Being limited on the number of times I can send the student a text message.  I can't afford a site license since I am the only department that uses Wait While thus my number of text messages is limited.  Also, I have not been able to get linked with Microsoft Outlook through Zapier and thus I have to run two separate calendars.

Students can schedule an appointment without having to call me.  I like that it gives them to option to change their appointment as well.

I love waitwhile because it allows you to  control the chaos! During Covid people stayed home more and noticed health issues with pets, causing a huge influx in patients to be seen.

Absolutely nothing. I have no complaints. The approximated wait times are not accurate but we just turn that feature off and it works perfectly for us. 10 out of 10 recommended

Do it! You will hate it at first, but realize later on the jewel it really is.

Controlling the chaos! Covid caused mass numbers of patients to be seen. This helps our employees and patients by respecting their time. I would not get rid of this jewel!

**What do you like best about Waitwhile?**

Waitwhile was easy to install, my clients from ages 16 to 80 love the easy to use design and my employees love the fact they can contact and get immediate responses from the support team as needed.  Due to Covid tracking, I was forced to start taking appointments. For  50 years our family business was a walk in shop. I was scared we would lose customers by changing the business model.  Waitwhile made it easy. I can even export the information and run reports. The staff is very attentive and professional and the updates are made based on feedback from us that keeps improving the system.  It was pretty much a seamless transition and our business is rocking in Cleveland!

**What do you dislike about Waitwhile?**

Could use a little more centralized control for Owner vs. resources.  In other words so manager can control resources only see activity that pertains to them...ie notification settings should be controlled by manager only.

**What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We definitely solved the Covid requirements of controlling the amount of people in our shop and tracking names. We solved the waiting time during high traffic flow.  We gained clients from shops that are used to appointments in other words most that prefer controlling their daily schedule and made it easier for employees to take breaks and vacations...they are happier and produce better. Finally, it provides me the information to  allow me to close my register and books every night with ease as I can track names and payments to balance out my register at any time.

Using Waitwhile takes the guesswork out of tracking clients! It is a very user-friendly platform, and I love that the list can be made public. It allows those in line to know where they are on the list easily. I enjoy the feature of notifying next in line by text or email.

**What do you dislike about Waitwhile?**

I cannot honestly think of a feature that I currently dislike about Waitwhile. It's simple and easy to use and does not have a significant learning curve. There are other sites like it, but often they are too complicated for everyday use.

We have eliminated the constant question of, "are you sure that person was next?" People often thought they were being skipped, this takes the guesswork out of it. People can gauge how long it will be before they are called, so they can leave and come back.

my title says it all. This tool has all that we want for our queuing needs and loads of features we haven't needed to touch. Top marks for their customer service, too!

A strength is that it's got more customization than we'd ever need. A drawback (not a complaint) is navigating through features we don't use.

better customer experience for an online waiting room. While waiting in Zoom, users know their place in line and how long it'll be. On our side, we've got data about wait times and usage patterns.

Having different options for taking peoples out of the list in order to serve them on different counter or while they are waiting on the virtual line but instead they are enjoying their shopping and whenever ready just receive a text by we ready to serve you :)

When it glitches and assigns to different counter or doesnt remove person from the waitlist also when people trying to add their information its shows other people name which i feel some people might take advantage of it instead they use someone elses name.

The platform was reasonably intuitive, and we could get it up and running quickly. We used Waitwhile to create a virtual line for guests to make an appointment to get a photo with Santa Claus and reserve a ride on a carnival train during our annual community event. We implemented this program as a public health measure, but it worked so well and was so efficient we plan to use it every year!

**What do you dislike about Waitwhile?**

There was a little bit of confusion (on our part) with how we initially set up our event appointments, but after a quick chat with Waitwhile staffers, we were able to sort our issue.

**What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Waitwhile our event guests were stuck in line for hours waiting on an activity instead of participating in the event and having fun. Once we deployed the Waitwhile system, people could sign up for a time that worked for them to participate in limited capacity activities and they never had to wait in line. The feedback from guests was phenomenal.

It's very simple to use, and it helps to keep alerting people in an organized fashion. That way, we can assist the public accordingly. I'm glad it can alert them as well with a Thank You text too when they leave. The visibility is also great showing patrons in order and the different departments.

Sometimes it gives a failed alert notice if the person does not have access to a cell phone number to provide. But that's okay; we use an alternative number when that happens.

I would recommend Waitwahile for other organizations and companies to help facilitate public traffic when entering their business.

Wait while is a really good product but sometimes this wait can be long enough that the customer experience fails after all customer wants services that they desire.

The service has gone down on us a few times in the 7 months we've been using it.  Overall it's been very good.
