**What do you like best about WaitWell?**

The fact that it facilitates zoom appointments for students who want the in person interaction but are far away from our office.

**What do you dislike about WaitWell?**

Staff can’t see the number of students they’ve handled.

**What problems is WaitWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to streamline the queue. Students can make appointments which helps with their experience during peak time.

I love that it is integrated into sales force and makes it easier to create and close cases.

That it is not able to create categories and subcategories in sales force.

It’s solving the problem of creating cases and managing walk ins at OSEC.

**What do you like best about WaitWell?**

I like how easy it is to use and create your own reports.  We can easily adjust it to our needs.  Their representatives are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.  They are quick to respond and consciencious of your time. It was very easy to set up and most of our students have easily transitioned to the new application.

**What do you dislike about WaitWell?**

The default voice.  It is very computer generated.

**What problems is WaitWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps students in numerical order and gives them a screen to watch when called.  They don't have to stand in line.

**What do you like best about WaitWell?**

Easy to use UI, and ofcourse because of its great simplicity, it must be having a great backend system.

**What do you dislike about WaitWell?**

Never Used Appointments, maybe i dont know what is it used for. Rest everything is good.

**What problems is WaitWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The online queue helps to manage people, like sending sms when ready to serve, and not allowing people to roam around the office, whenever there is their turn, they will show up, also there are user sides features, if the person is not available at the moment, we can add them to hold, or give some extra minutes, plus chat with the person. Also there is an option to find a person if already visited, which makes it easy to locate and easily add the person on the system.

**What do you like best about WaitWell?**

The user interface is really nice, and the implementation . I am a Computer Science - Major and personally I loved it, the design of UI, color combincations, organization of stuff around the screen, the types of reports we can run is amazing. If I were to own a startup that deals with a lot of people regularly, I would definitely consider waitwell.

Honestly, I've never had any bad experiences with it yet in a couple of years!

The system has almost all the features one might think of while looking for a better way to have people queued for service. From segregation of departments and vast options for services sequence to customisable messaging system and customer facing screens.

**What do you dislike about WaitWell?**

It could have been useful to have a services search bar if the business has over 100 services to offer. It would have simplified the check-in experience.

No more people standing in the queue. They can check-in, sit back and relax

I love the lobby display and available metrics (wait times, etc...). Very simple and easy to use and integrate. We use it daily.

The downside is the staffing requirement (checking in/out guests) to ensure the queue moves efficiently.

I love how user-friendly the interface is for staff and students. Also, the vendor support has been great whenever we've wanted to connect about functionality or enhancements.

The estimated wait time feature seems to be a bit off with its estimate frequently.

How to queue in guests to our space in a way where how to queue in is easy for them. WaitWell makes guests queueing in easy.

The clear flow of patient's through a busy ER.  It allows us to see exactly where an appointment is, who is seeing them, and at what step of the care process they are at.

**What do you dislike about WaitWell?**

It would be nice to have a third column so a multi doctor practice can assign patients to various doctors without moving them to the "In progress" space.

**What problems is WaitWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some appointments cannot be drug from one area to the next on specific computers.

Regarding your suggestion for a "third column" to assign patients to various doctors without moving them to "in progress", we do have a couple of suggested workflows that could address this need. **What do you like best about WaitWell?**

It's a very simple system to use, with many amazing tools.  You can use it just simply a Line-Management Application, but it can do so much more if needed.  Including:
- Customer Interaction Reviews (Leaving notes)
- Reports of Customers (Break downs via Rep, Day, Peak times, etc)
- Schedule Appointments
- So much more to discover

We've been using this application for a couple years now, and it's been extremely useful, especially during peek business times.

**What do you dislike about WaitWell?**

The only concern I've had is getting Notifications to my mobile device to work consistantly.  I am often logged in at multiple locations (Home PC, Work PC, Tablet, Smartphone) and it took almost a year before I was able to get a ding on my phone to let me know someone joined the queue.  May not be important during busy times, but essential during slower periods when someone can quietly add themselves to the queue and we not notice.  I did attempt to get assistance with this concern via WaitWell Support, but the assistance fell through sadly.  Hopefully they fix this in the future.

**What problems is WaitWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working at a small booth, we do not have space to have long lines.  This allows customers who are going to have a bit of a wait to find other valuable things to do, like go shopping, have a bite to eat, or anything to help pass the time versus standing still, making the time seem longer.

**What do you like best about WaitWell?**

The best thing about waitwell is that how efficiently i can manage my time and schedule! I can register myself form my home and it tells me how long is the wait and by which I just don't have to wait in the office anymore! I mean specially nowadays who has that much time to wait for hours.

**What do you dislike about WaitWell?**

Honestly there is nothing which u don't like about Waitwell, because It is the Best!!

**What problems is WaitWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1.Helping people to choose the right service they need, and that way It's easy for me to know what my customer is here for exactly and also If I can do that particular service or not.
2.By putting notes, I know prior If my client needs special language assistance because as we all know Canada is a diverse Country, and English is obviously not everyone's First Language.
3.By putting people on hold, so that they don't have to register themselves back in queue if they by mistake had something missing at first. That way they can just come back on the line.

**What do you like best about WaitWell?**

WaitWell is the most fully fleshed out waitlist available. Tons of useful reports allow us to maked informed decisions on labor, employee productivity, and customer experience. The wonderful team there worked with us one-on-one to help make WaitWell work for our *very* specific needs. WaitWell's ability to handle our four waitlists for vastly different experiences and provide very accurate wait time estimates has improved our customer experience and allow our customers to make accurate decisons regarding what they want to do. Modern buisness practices, like having a well-documented API to make intergrations, has spoiled me to frustration when I have to talk to other software partners we have who are just behind the times.

I love it, our employees love it, and the vast majority of our customer's use WaitWell every time they come to our location love it.

**What do you dislike about WaitWell?**

I would really have to get nitpicky to get into things I dislike about WaitWell. I think there is some more room to allow for the customer facing forms to be customized for our branding. That's about it.

**What problems is WaitWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accurately estimating wait times has eliminated customer complaints about our staff's total guesses at wait times. The virtual queues have allowed our guests to go do other things at our location, instead of waiting in line they're ordering food, drinks at the bar, playing arcade games, or participating in other attractions. This allows our guests to have more fun with us, and allow us to generate revenue when they would be busy waiting in line.

Sometimes it is hard to assist elderly people, or those who are not tech savy. There is people who get frustrated when they delete themself from the queue by accident.

Assists clients to always get the help they need. In an old-fashion line-up, frequently someone who needs a Corporate Service goes to a clerk who cannot provide that Service Level, this helps to identify what Certifications are required to assist a client, instead of them coming to the wrong counter and being sent back into the line.

The local ability to make location specific changes without needing to have our client managers involved.  The staff has also been so helpful throughout our onboarding process.

There have been slight hiccups with accessibility for our staff that the team has been aware of and are working on. For our staff that is fully blind, it isn't as easy to find work arounds without technical intervention.  On a few occasions as well, we have received SMS errors that have been resolved fairly quickly.

Our college is able to now have queueing experience that is streamlined on both the user and the staff side.  We have been given many compliments on how easy the system is to use.

The WaitWell team was up to challenge and ready to tailor a solution for us. They viewed our project as a great opportunity to expand their capability which created a positive collaboration focused on helping customers save significant time. We have managed to reduce customer wait times by hours in some cases and make a meaningful impact to our customers. Thank you WaitWell!

We haven't experienced any major downsides but of course there are always ways to improve. In our case, managing the queue required dedicated staff onsite which limits the hours each day we can leverage WaitWell. I would be curious to see what creative solutions the WaitWell team could propose to make the process more automated with limited intervention required to keep the process moving.

We have customers that regularly have to wait hours onsite for our service. Using WaitWell has allowed customers to join the queue online during core hours of the day and only arriving onsite when they are near the front of the virtual queue. It can be difficult in our field for it to estimate proper times as we perform x-ray exams.  One patient might take 5 minutes while one might take 20 minutes.  It would be nice if we could manually add time to an exam knowing that it will take longer.

Reducing congestion in our waiting room.  Allowing patients to wait at home, or do chores, unti it is their turn which they appreciate.

Waitwell provides excellent support for their product, I never have a hard time getting in touch with our accunt manager and he provides results so much faster than I expect. In terms of the system itself, I like the customizability, the ease of use, and the reporting that generates automatically (the reporting especially is a huge timesaver). They have been very responsive to feature requests and we continually expand our usage of their service across the business.

We love that the platform includes appointment booking and queuing all in one tool.  We are using it at our higher ed instutition across many faculties and service units, and students have given us great feedback on their experience.  We love that the communication messages are so customizable.  

Their Customer Support team is the best of any vendor I've ever worked with.  When we have ideas for possible enhancements, the team listens and has implemented many of our suggestions.  When I have questions while I'm setting up a new site, the Customer Support team responds within a few hours.  A truly amazing team of staff.

Occassionally we run into the odd bug/glitch.  When reported, the team addresses them quickly.

**What do you like best about WaitWell?**

Super easy to use! You can just scan the QR code or send the text to join the line.  If that is too complicated , not a problem - onsite kiosk is even easier, just put you name and phone number. It also says what would be the approximate wait time for you so no need to wait inside, you can grab a  cup of coffee while waiting. Later you'll get a text to come inside. If you need more time you can adjust it sending  a text massage and the system will put you on hold, so you can save your spot and come later. And also you can cancel your spot  if something changes and you have to leave. 
Very convenient system for both the customers and the company. Can't even imagine how to arrange people in the line better. WaitWell does it perfectly!!!

I work at the registry and this is a great system to manage the large crowds. It allows people to wait in their cars and when their name is called they can come in. When names disappear from the queue, it is always because an agent closed the ticket or the customer cancelled it themselves. It's actually possible to see what happened to each ticket by clicking on the "Ticket" tab in the left-hand nav (if you have access). You can search for the ticket by name and then open it to see what stage it is in. You can reactive a ticket that has been closed, if you have the appropriate permission level. This is a really common user error - people often click buttons without thinking or understanding. We are definitely working on our UX to hopefully reduce the number of clients who exit the queue accidentally.

**What do you like best about WaitWell?**

WaitWell solved so many issues with our check in process during Covid. When I tried to stop using it, our staff insisted on keeping this process in place. It has been great!

Our patients were able to register from home and that caused a temporary problem that WaitWell quickly helped us solve.

What made it even more impressive was the system's ability to understand my specific needs and automatically connect me with the right expert. This efficiency saved me from the usual hassle of being transferred multiple times to find the appropriate support.
