WaitQ is a user-friendly cloud-based queue management platform that elevates the waiting experience for restaurants, retail shops, hotels, salons, barbershops, clinics and other physical businesses. In addition to queues and waitlists, it handles appointments and RSVP guest lists too, so businesses can manage the entire customer flow, whether walk-ins or bookings, from a single platform instead of juggling separate tools or calendars. Floorplans and table management are also available for restaurants. Customers check-in on a public check-in page, on their own phone or at a kiosk. Real-time queue features show who's waiting and who's next, giving staff full visibility across single or multiple locations from one dashboard. Customers see their position and an estimated wait time on a virtual waiting room, with no app download or account needed to join. Notifications go out via SMS, WhatsApp, or email the moment it's their turn, so customers can step away from a crowded entrance and wait wherever suits them. Analytics track wait times, queue patterns, and no-show rates over time, giving managers the data to staff smarter and plan for peak hours. The platform supports custom branding across every touchpoint, from check-in to the final notification, and runs on existing devices like tablets, phones, or TVs, so there's no extra hardware to buy or maintain.
