They blocked my account, after multiple calls over six months they finally just cut off my account. I had been with wagepoint for six years. When something happens, they just leave you in the dark. **What problems is Wagepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** None, because they closed my account ### 2. It was also very easy to implement in my organization because of how simple the system was. The training was seamless. This software is used monthly and we are able to manage numerous payrolls using this. It has also integrated well with our vacation and leave management system. There are a number of features: payroll management, leave management, salary increase, PAYE and NIC payments, payslips etc. I have never had to the need to reach out to customer support because of how easy the system is to maneuver. **What do you dislike about Wagepoint?** There is nothing I dislike about wagepoint. It gives me everything that i need to effectively function as a payroll administrator. **What problems is Wagepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to conduct multiple payrolls at the same time ### 3. Both from an employer's perspective and from a staff's perspective. I also appreciate the reminders, automatic filing and reports. **What do you dislike about Wagepoint?** I don't have anything at this time. It has all been smooth so far. **What problems is Wagepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am a small startup founder. I wear a lot of hats and payroll is one of them. I need something quick, easy and reliable. This is exactly what Wagepoint is able to offer me. This is one less thing I need to worry about.
