Rate Management: Centralize all rate types in one system: prevailing wage rates by authority and classification, union CBA rates by local and trade, employee base rates, and project-specific premiums. Rate Methodologies: Configure compliance requirements to enforce them automatically. Set up authority-specific rules for prevailing wage and define union CBA provisions incl. shift differentials, premium pay, and reciprocity. Rate Calculations: Automate complex fringe, benefit, and deduction formulas. Handle calculations based on hours worked, hours paid, percent of gross wages, or flat amounts per period.
