WAButton is a WhatsApp website contact widget for small businesses and agencies. Visitors choose Sales, Support or a named contact, then continue in the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app your team already uses. Customize the widget in a live editor, set display triggers, opening hours, holidays and away messages, and install with one line of code. Multiple contacts start on Starter. Pro and Agency lead forms save enquiry details and prefill the WhatsApp handoff. Webhooks send saved enquiries to an endpoint you configure for n8n workflows, CRM updates or notifications. These are configurable workflows, not included native CRM connectors. A saved enquiry does not confirm that a WhatsApp message was sent. WAButton does not provide a shared inbox or send WhatsApp messages automatically. Free includes one button, one contact and up to 10000 monthly visitors, with no card required. Monthly plans: Starter $9, Pro $19 and Agency $59. Paid plans offer a 14-day trial requiring a card. No WhatsApp Business API or per-message fees are required.
