I find Waalaxy really cool and simple, it even led to a sales record in my company. I love that I can cluster appointments and contacts and directly select and push them into the system from LinkedIn. A big advantage is teamwork, as it prevents the same contact from being contacted multiple times since the system is team-compatible. So what I keep noticing, I think, is that performance, meaning the performance in the background on which the system runs, because what I always notice is that I tag every contact. So every contact needs a tag, and sometimes it happens that it tags poorly or you don't see it immediately or if one disappears or something like that. That's how it is, it stutters a bit. But it is actually important, I actually want more editing options and above all, my biggest wish is that I would like to be able to import the contents of the dialogues directly into a CRM system, because then I could save myself this intermediate step and have a better overview of my contacts.
