I don’t like that the quotas aren’t clearly defined. At one point, I thought the Inbox Plan would let me send 10 messages per day, but after a few days I realized it was only sending 3 per day, and I needed the campaign to move much faster.

I’d also suggest giving users the option to set an end date for a campaign, regardless of how many contacts have been reached. In my case, the system kept automatically inviting people to an event that had already taken place.
