It also helps us manage inventory with several different people by tracking who has the inventory, when they check it out, and when they return it. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, as a representative worked closely with us to get it set up. **What do you dislike about WA360?** I've had a few issues with the lockbox not allowing us into the storage unit. Also, the storage unit was cold for several months, around 30 degrees, and our inventory cannot handle cold temperatures. Moreover, our inventory gets held in the office rather than taken up to the unit, and on days when the office is closed, we don't have access to our equipment. This prevents us from helping patients, who might be at risk for going into cardiac arrest and need our equipment. **What problems is WA360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use WA360 to solve inventory issues, helping us keep track and have a centralized location for access.
