W Agent builds AI agents and automations that take over the manual work in a company. Every build is shaped around the company's process and the systems it already uses; there is no setup fee and it runs on a monthly subscription. For freight forwarders there is also a dedicated product: a quoting agent that reads the emailed request, prices it from your tariffs and drafts the quote. How it works: we map the process with you and connect the agent to the systems you already use (email, ERP, e-commerce panel, WhatsApp, calendar). Critical steps wait for your approval. The quoting agent goes live in 1–2 weeks, custom builds in 4–6 weeks. W Agent is a product of Wegobi Studio, registered in Amsterdam, serving Türkiye and the Netherlands.
