Vynexa is an AI voice CRM built on a simple observation: most businesses don't lose deals to competitors — they lose them to silence. A lead comes in, the team is busy, and the callback happens days later. By then, the customer has called someone else. Vynexa closes that gap. The moment a lead arrives, it calls them within 60 seconds in a natural human voice — asks the qualifying questions, answers theirs, and books the meeting into your calendar. Automated follow-up continues across WhatsApp, SMS, and email, and every word is logged in one CRM timeline. When a conversation needs a person, it hands off cleanly — Vynexa augments your team; it doesn't replace it. Industry playbooks for real estate, healthcare, home services, restaurants, education, insurance, automotive, and more mean setup starts from how your business works. Calling is consent-first by design. Built in Texas. Launched August 2026. Hear it yourself: vynexa.ai · +1 (415) 625-5859
