VYAX is a client portal and workflow platform for tax preparers. Preparers request and track client documents, collect intake questionnaires, send Form 8879 for e-signature, deliver completed returns, and invoice clients through their own Stripe account. Clients upload documents, sign, message their preparer and pay from one portal. The software includes a pending-tasks list, automated document and payment reminders, an activity log, appointment booking, and a client portal in English, Spanish and French.
