**What do you like best about VxRail?**

From the box one click upgrade feature for all the components. 
Adding new nodes with ease

**What do you dislike about VxRail?**

Allegedly you need 15 min to setup the environment. This is never the case, sometimes it would take weeks for the support to identify the bug that is block the setup.
vSAN ready nodes are better as you have better flexibility with the hardware choices. If you have a good VMware administrator, he can configure VMware to do the upgrades easily. 
In case of major problem, DellEMC engineers will revert to VMware support to fix all vSAN problem. So why bother buying a VxRail while you can get cheaper servers build a vSAN environment on top.

Even if you are a loyal DellEMC customer go for vSAN ready nodes.

**Recommendations to others considering VxRail:**

Invest in a good VMware administrator and buy a vSAN ready environment instead

VxRail will help you migrate from traditional datacenter to HCI easily.

We migrated from traditional virtualization hardware to the Dell-EMC VX Rail hyperconverged infrastructure.

**What do you like best about VxRail?**

VX Rail is an easy to use, easy to manage, and easy to upgrade solution for any environment.

**What do you dislike about VxRail?**

There were so many hoops to jump through in trying to purchase the product - it took several weeks, emails and phone calls to get a purchase order created and approved.
