What do you like best about VWO Insights - Web?

What do you like best about VWO Insights - Web?

Great user interface. Highly editable pages. Overall an extremely useful tool for A/B testing -- Heatmaps are also a great feature of VWO. The customer service is top class -- our designated rep Abhay Arora is a pleasure to work with; he is knowledgeable and consistently makes himself available to our queries. Abhay always has an answer to our questions, when he doesn't know an answer off the top of his head (which is rare) he looks it up with lightning speed and accuracy! What do you dislike about VWO Insights - Web?

What do you like best about VWO Insights - Web?

Simple and intuitive to use. It requires very little technical skill to get it up and running and no technical skill to create tests. I like the fact that everything I need is in one package - heatmaps, a/b test, multivariate test etc.

I like the fact that they help you make better use of the product by providing tools such as the idea factory and the Landing Page Analyzer. The online help has also helped clarify my understanding of the test results.

As a bonus they also provide some nice security features which allow you to be notified when people login or the status of a test changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VWO Insights - Web?

The possibility to test way more that it seems when reading a review or the product specs. Asking customer service you get a better picture about VWO possibilities, I think it's essential to read their blog and attend their webinars, they provide with really good information. What do you like best about VWO Insights - Web?

Visual Website Optimizer has been a huge asset to me in my online marketing career. With an easy to use platform, heat map integration and valuable insights, testing has never been so easy. I love that the code is so easy to implement on site and that you only have to do it once. Also, the reporting features are nice and allow us to efficiently communicate results to clients. What do you dislike about VWO Insights - Web?

The system does not allow for multi-page testing. Therefore, I am not able to follow a visitors complete flow throughout a site and must setup multiple tests instead. Additionally, I would like to see the system have the ability to have multiple logins allowing clients to go in and see their tests and results without seeing all of our clients listed. the simple user interface, the simplistic editor and the detailed reporting. its really easy for us to pick up a campaign and check its progress using the reporting, especially with the segmentation of reports . the lack of jquery editing. It would be really useful to have this functionality in VWO. Also, the lack of mobile/tablet apps for when Im on the move, trying to view a campaign on an iphone is a nightmare.
