Vuforia's sdk combined with the Unity engine is, by far, the best choice when creating augmented reality applications. The ease of use and efficient set up are incredible, as is the ease of finding information in the forums section. I really appreciate that they are on the cutting edge and keeping up with ARKit and ARCore with the their product. Vuforia in combination with the Unity platform is definitely the way to go.
