Vtiger is the good CRM tool for managing employees and customers. It also helps to provide good customer support. Vtiger have a great community for help and support. Nothing much is there to dislike this app. As we were using open source version. So we were not given much support. We have to sail our own boats when ever we are facing issues. We are using vtiger extensively for managing our customers and employees. It helps to mange the hierarchy of the organization.
