Vtiger allows us to address all our needs as a CRM. We are using it both for our customer relations and sales, for our support service, for our project management, for our asset inventory. An all-on-one CRM that is very easy to adopt, even for non-technical team members while having much functionalities embedded to make it a valuable tool for automating all sales (and leads) processes as well as backoffice processes. I've been using VTiger for many years (the cloud-based version) and it have surprised me the way the product was recently broken into tiers, according with the expected end use (sales vs. help desk vs. worflow automations)... Recommendations to others considering Vtiger All-In-One CRM: VTiger is a very easy-to-adopt CRM (from setting it up, to putting into action, to making it an all-team collaboration team) that will change the way you run your internal operation. It has many tools to manage leads and run them throughout the organization, follow up on opportunities and get automation tools that will ensure proper management of the entire commercial pipeline. VTiger goes beyond the sales organization but it presents a full set of tools to manage your company. Now, talking about Support, I can't be more pleased with the amount of self-training videos or the easiness to set up a one-on-one call with a technical team. I needed to automate my entire sales process (online leads and physical leads coming from actual sales reps), ensuring as much automation as possible therefore, minimizing and eventually eliminating all the admin desk tasks for the sales reps AND ensuring the process flowed correctly across the organization, ensuring leads are converted into billable customers. It has allowed our business to grow in terms of leveraging more and more capability as we need it. The common user interface accross all modules makes it very easy to provision and train new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Vtiger All-In-One CRM? Some very powerful features like mass editing a batch of records have limits of 500 records to act upon. Creating work arounds for that is a required. But, considering some systems of equal price don't have featured like mass edit, we are hopeful that this imitation will be improved. A mobile application is included with the subscription to the full web-client. The calendaring doesn't have all the features as the web client. Here again, not all systems include mobile versions, so we are happy vTiger all in one has one, and hopeful that the feature set of the mobile app. will continue to be improved. Recommendations to others considering Vtiger All-In-One CRM: Make sure to spend adequate time to review the broad module and feature set before considering customizing the system at all, because usually there is a system based feature already to accomplish what you may seek. Scheduling and tracking appointments, service calls, and all other prospect and customer interaction. Quoting, Billing, Inventory control, asset tracking, marketing campaigns, equipment service histories, and customer contracts and service related documentation. Vendor information and purchasing, receipts and payments are utilized. Accounts Receivable and cash receipts are performed. We solved prior problems of lack of integration between customer information and calendaring. We also solved prior problems of not having adequate inventory and services database support for the billing process. It was refreshing to overcome the need for importing and exporting prospect and customer data in and out of email marketing system by having it all included behind one common user interface. Tracking multiple calendars for field service was difficult until we implemented the built in calendaring system. We have saved time related to customer response and interaction accross the entire relationship spectrum, from tracking custom site information to automated quote generation to automated invoice generation.
