**What do you like best about Vtiger All-In-One CRM?**

The best aspect I like about this Vtiger platform is that it combines CRM help desk marketing automation project management and communication tools all under a single platform ecosystem rather than juggling with multiple disconnected tools out there in this space RR team can focus and manage the entire life cycle under a single workplace their sales pipeline management is very intuitive and their features like email campaign workflow automation appointment scheduling and assistance help us improve or overall teams productivity also found their interface relatively easy to navigate when compared with other heavier enterprise terms out there overall this platform helped our cross functional teams coordination very effective and quick without much of a hassle. Also, their ability to customise modules and the dashboard as per the specific business size and industries makes this very effective overall.

**What do you dislike about Vtiger All-In-One CRM?**

Some of their advanced customisations and reporting setups should be made easier because they have a complex learning curve, specifically for first-time CRM administrators. While their platform is feature-rich, certain UI sections can occasionally feel clumsy and overcrowded because of so many tools packed into a single ecosystem. Their mobile experience is also very useful for quick access, but some deeper administrative functions are easier to manage from a desktop. Initial implementation and workflow configuration may take some planning and time if the business has a complex process.

This platform helps us by centralising customer management by bringing sales support and marketing operations into a unified workflow it also reduces the need for multiple subscription and improved visibility across our teams it is also very useful for tracking leads managing follow up and also automatic repetitive sales task overall maintaining customer communication history in a single system the automation and pipeline tracking features help us by improving response time and overall operational efficiency.

I have all the clients info in vtiger but the more important info that I save are quotes and invoices, when I want to plan some strategy I just have to prepare some reports form the tool so I know how was the interaction with a specific client the last quarter.

**What do you dislike about Vtiger All-In-One CRM?**

Taping next or simply turning the page over to the next page is exhausting and it is something that is easily forgotten, also copying the numbers from the Crm is not something that can be enjoyed so far I feel like the dialer was omitted.

Its jotting te leads in the book, which may lead to loss of sales and callbacks. I think its useful to prevent a pile of paperwork on your desk and putting your data up to date.

**What do you like best about Vtiger All-In-One CRM?**

We thought we would like the ability to customize fields so we could add subcategories of customers - we are a training company and need to track employee certifications within each customer field.  If we'd been able to set up the system, this would have been a valuable feature.

**What do you dislike about Vtiger All-In-One CRM?**

We spent eight months trying to set up this system.  Vtiger assured us they could migrate our data from the open-source version we had been using for many years.  During those eight months, however, there were constant lapses in response and customer service from their team, repeated requests to us to send them information we had already sent, follow-up emails unanswered for weeks or even months, and one account rep not knowing what another had done.  After eight months, the migration was finally completed but was full of errors and our comment fields were not in line with one another.  We finally gave up and asked for our money back but were told we could only have a small fraction of what we had spent for the system (the three months remaining on the subscription), despite the fact that the system was never usable.

Vtiger is not solving any problems at all for us.  We had to abandon it.

When a change is made to a workflow, I have not found where the updates are applied to existing instances of the structor being edited.

It is a great product, totally intuitive and functional, Vtiger has brought excellent results to our company through its novel functions of analysis and enhancement of sales through marketing that today is useful and necessary.

There is no any dislikes but there is some upgradation still required as per the latest CRM software like SAP. But all over experience is very good

I like vTiger because is qute helpful to manage my clients and potential clients database
The best thing is that vTiger allows you to customize its modules and also create your very own ones
vTiger has enough features to take your CRM to requeriments you need, this includes:
*Following a sales funnel from the opportunity until the Invoicing process
*Capability to integrate easily with another platforms
*Print adn email templates where you can use the default ones or develop your own using advacing text editors or, if you are well skilled, in HTML using basic CSS you can get awesome templates.
*Backtrack: You can always know what your users do in each record
*Customer and employee portals: here you can allow to your clientes and also to your employees to have an external access to vTiger platform where you can control and manage what do they see there and they have the chance to create tickets or cases aswell.
*Chat support: Its easy to get support via chat without having to deal with an I.A. which in most cases are useless or not helpfull at all

**What do you dislike about Vtiger All-In-One CRM?**

From my experience there are few features which can actually be upgraded to another level:

*Print templates: It is right you can do awesome print templates using HTML and CSS, but it would be even better if it allowed you to use more advanced CSS features

*Changes in new features: Sometimes it happens when a new feature is deployed for testing purposes it has certain capabilities, these capabilities change without any notification when the feature its officially launched.

*More functions in print templates, workflows and process desginer: Nowindays you can take to another level your print templates using additional functions like sums, if, date functions, etc. But it would be helpful to have a "CASE" statement or several if's (which this feature exist only in workflows).

Clientes managment: Having all clients information in one place
Invoicing managment: Allowing us to know how much are we invoicing including the proyection for the future
email campaigns: Sending useful information to our clients and promotional emails
project managment: It allows us to control the project activities and performance
expenses managment: We created customized modules which allow us to manage the expenses related to the operation
Data analisys: We easily know important information using dashboards and customized chart reports
System integration: It allows us to control the items which are related to our operation and sending data from and to vTiger to our other platforms
Inventory managment: We have an asset managment where we can easily know how many devices have in the office and in operation, including if these devices are with client and its status

Its a friendly user CRM i use in managing accounts.  Like, When I need to get the client details.  Creating a proposals for clients.  Also, extracting funnel reports gives a lot of convenience.

The only issue that I can see is.  I have a difficulty in editing my proposals once I downloaded it, its already a PDF.  I hope, theres an option to download it in Word, so I can edit necessary details.

Managing Accounts by having the centralized client's database.  The easy way of getting a funnel Report.  I don't need to update everyweek. Thru CRM its already updated and I only just have to extract it.

The biggest help from vtiger is being able to provide tracking tools to customers to improve their customer support. Create solid databases, assignment of tasks and pertinent activities for each client, a complete vision is obtained at the organizational level and with various approaches such as commercial, marketing, strategic, among others.

The organization of the interfaces could be improved to offer a better user experience.

It covers most of our business needs whether it is Sales Automation or Sales funnel. It is easy to adapt and the reporting functionality is one of the best features I have came across which allows you to track and follow up on customers very easily. One thing which I liked was the free version of Vtiger which allowed us to customize it according to our requirements

The Mobile App version is not that much easy to use. It is a little bit cumbersome and the customer information fields need to be added in order to not leave blank space to fill it manually. Also, data exporting needs to be efficient because it takes too much time to get the data exported.

Sales Automation, 3rd party integration of leads especially from Social media, Sales Pipeline bifurcation, Affordability, and great customer support had me choose Vtiger CRM. We were able to customize the modules as per our Sales requirements.

I like that vTiger can hold all of the data necessary in a CRM and is customizable to organize the different information in an understandable way. It has also saved our company a lot of money!

**What do you dislike about Vtiger All-In-One CRM?**

I dislike the reporting and user interface. The reporting glitches constantly and sometimes does not even load. It often times won't pull all of the information I need in the different modules and is very unreliable. The CRM as a whole is incredibly slow and is not efficient in its loading of subcategories either. It has cost our company a lot of time.

VTiger has worked on their loading times which has helped. Where we used to have to wait 5 minutes, we only have to wait up to 30 seconds for different parts of the CRM to load.

It is open source; thus, it can be run locally at a low cost. It has third-party plugins. One can develop third-party plugins and middleware quickly.

There is not much to dislike. Sometimes it can be buggy.

I think that hands down with all of the CRMs that I've tested, VTiger by far has the best user experience. We paid to have a company set the system up for us but I was able to find (on my own) where to make chagnes and modifications which has made this system very intuitive to use.

I do not like that workflow emails do not allow for templates.

We've been using Google sheets to track all of our leads and follow-up communications which has been very difficult. We are not able to see a history of contacts and none of the data is updated automatically. VTiger will free us up to focus on the items we need to be doing instead of the hours that we waste trying to figure out what we should be doing. It also allows our whole organization to see who else has contacted a client so that we are not double contacting. We are really looking forward to how much

It is an all-in-one review. Almost everything you needed can be found on the CRM though the options are very limited to free edition users. It is overall good for a free one.

**What do you dislike about Vtiger All-In-One CRM?**

It is a nice free edition, however, you limited the email credits too little and it doesn't refresh. It would be nice if the credits will refresh every day. We haven't had spam complaints, unsubscribes etc but still stock to 1 email credit. We can't also delete email templates and add our own, we can just edit them and it takes time every time we do a campaign rather than send a customized saved template already. We should also be able to not include a footer "powered by vtiger" to make the email more personal.

It is making our life easy by putting everything in place. It's benefiting small and medium companies like we have. It also has  analytics in it that we can check to see how we do in our marketing.

**What do you like best about Vtiger All-In-One CRM?**

VTiger has great functionality for lead generation & conversion.  The appointment pages allow our team to do all the work in one place without linking to other apps.

As a service business, Services, Projects, and Project Tasks make all the difference as we can keep all the information on a client in one place for a customer-centric view.

The system is so easy to set up and configure.  We need to be flexible and we get that with VTiger. We can build our own modules, set up our own workflows, and configure the system ourselves.

The reporting tools and customizable dashboards are great and make it possible to really manage by trend and exception.

**What do you dislike about Vtiger All-In-One CRM?**

Functionality for the creation and management of drip email campaigns would really help as we need to use a separate system for that.

**Recommendations to others considering Vtiger All-In-One CRM:**

A great tool for any small-medium sized business.

As a services business, it is hard to track operational activities and to check that things are happening the way they should.  VTiger has made it easy to create activity checklists, project tasks, and workflows that have allowed us to scale. We don't need to use external apps to create surveys, link & share calendars, etc.  This reduces a lot of hassle and costs!  The customer portal has made it easy for partners to work with us.

Vtiger has a standard set-ups, but can be easily customized by the users themselves answering to the specific needs and procedures of our company. The customer service is also fast and friendly.

It's doesn't have the same add-ins or integrations like a salesforce or other, but they are working on it and their pricing is also more small enterprise-friendly. VTiger goes beyond the sales organization but it presents a full set of tools to manage your company.  Now, talking about Support, I can't be more pleased with the amount of self-training videos or the easiness to set up a one-on-one call with a technical team.  I recommend it 100%

vTiger all in one offers more features and modules and automation potential than most CRMs for a very reasonable price. It has allowed our business to grow in terms of leveraging more and more capability as we need it. The common user interface accross all modules makes it very easy to provision and train new users.

**What do you dislike about Vtiger All-In-One CRM?**

Some very powerful features like mass editing a batch of records have limits of 500 records to act upon. Creating work arounds for that is a required. But, considering some systems of equal price don't have featured like mass edit, we are hopeful that this imitation will be improved.
A mobile application is included with the subscription to the full web-client. The calendaring doesn't have all the features as the web client. Here again, not all systems include mobile versions, so we are happy vTiger all in one has one, and hopeful that the feature set of the mobile app. will continue to be improved.

Make sure to spend adequate time to review the broad module and feature set before considering customizing the system at all, because usually there is a system based feature already to accomplish what you may seek.

Scheduling and tracking appointments, service calls, and all other prospect and customer interaction. Quoting, Billing, Inventory control, asset tracking, marketing campaigns, equipment service histories, and customer contracts and service related documentation. Vendor information and purchasing, receipts and payments are utilized. Accounts Receivable and cash receipts are performed. 
We solved prior problems of lack of integration between customer information and calendaring. We also solved prior problems of not having adequate inventory and services database support for the billing process. It was refreshing to overcome the need for importing and exporting prospect and customer data in and out of email marketing system by having it all included behind one common user interface. 
Tracking multiple calendars for field service was difficult until we implemented the built in calendaring system. 
We have saved time related to customer response and interaction accross the entire relationship spectrum, from tracking custom site information to automated quote generation to automated invoice generation.
