**What do you like best about vScreen?**

V-Screen did what it was supposed to. It showed customers a clear pathway

**What do you dislike about vScreen?**

V-Screen was very slow and hard to connect to

**Recommendations to others considering vScreen:**

Patience - it is an excellent system, but it takes its time going through things. it needs to be streamlined down to create a better experience

**What problems is vScreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

V-Screen helped with bringing our overall call time down & benefitted us as the customer can visually read the Terms and conditions
