With 92 clinics ordering supplies and 12 of those teams mobile and ordering for multiple sites, it is easy to keep track of expenses and allocate them properly with the built in tracking functions of Vroozi. **What do you dislike about Vroozi?** Mass changes are tedious and take entirely too much man power. Example being we have 92 clinics, we must assign GL codes to each one. The software has no way on the user side to create a "standard list" of GL codes that apply accross the company. The current processes in other mass edits are either impossible or cumbersome. **What problems is Vroozi solving and how is that benefiting you?** The big problem is having clinics reach out to vendors/suppliers at will, by creating a centralized shopping experience that relatively emulates what most people experience when shopping for their personal goods outside of the work place it creates a low stress environment for new hires to learn as well as new teams we integrate into our company. **Official Response from Mike Jud:** > Thank you for your review! We designed the user experience with that objective in mind. I saw your comment about assigning GLs to orders for your 92 clinics. I would like to review that with you if you would contact me at success@vroozi.com (our Customer Success email address). We could take advantage of bulk upload or accounting presets in your scenario. I'd love to see if those would work for you. I agree assigning 92 locations and GLs would be tedious. I hope we can reduce all that data entry you're doing. Cost control and budget management have been hot topics lately. I would like to know more about the changes you want to implement if I don't have those already. We do leverage our Vroozi User Group and Customer Advisory Board to deliver the most value to more of our customers. Those groups help us to understand the common goals and hurdles that Vroozi customers are targeting. But we also have some opportunities to customize that we should discuss. We have been able to use no-code options like flexible fields (header and line level), configurations, preferences, and even integrations to create custom processes and experiences. That process has come up a few times in our Vroozi User Group discussions because a 3-way match relies on someone to do the goods receipt or service confirmation. There are a few ways the user group team has approached the 3-way match, including enabling Vroozi Invoice to chase down users for you. Every since adopting Vroozi it has made it very simple for our company to put in PO's and manage them. Also Vroozi provides workflows which allow the ability to create approval channels which makes it easy for certain purchase orders to land in the correct queue's of managers and bosses to approve or deny without it getting lost. Also Vroozi allows us to report on spending for each department while tracking purchases company wide. **What do you dislike about Vroozi?** In the beginning after adopting Vroozi, we had a few issues with getting certain GL codes and options within Vroozi making the "ease of use" and organization" a little difficult in the beginning. Also in a few workflows Vroozi can be difficult to navigate as the free form POs can be confusing to fill out, especially when there are certain unique fields your company may need. **Recommendations to others considering Vroozi:** If any company is looking to consolidate all their outside vendors, approved vendors, manage spending, and track budgets, Vroozi is your product. It is a great solution for any company looking to centralize their purchasing. **What problems is Vroozi solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Vroozi the biggest advantage we are getting is being able to consolidate all of our outside vendors into one platform for our whole company. In the past all of our outside vendors were handled through a different product which did not have a menu style UI showing all of our company's approved external vendors. Also we are able to limit which departments have access to different vendors along with which catalogs they are allowed to access. Approvers can approve or decline a purchase order in seconds on their phone or iPad with budget visibility.. Integration purchase orders, product receiving and AP teams for a true three way match. Most importantly, invoices go into a Vroozi "hopper", and no longer are the responsibility of the location team. Requestors across the country have local catalogs that only they can see and national punch out catalogs for the entire team. Users in Florida dont have to sift through catalogs that dont pertain to them. This really speeds up the ordering process. Administrating is simple and doesnt require IT or other teams to add users, suppliers or catalogs, everything can be done by a purchasing clerk or other team members. **What do you dislike about Vroozi?** i wouldnt say i dislike anything, there are improvements that we have requested, and the Vroozi team listens and replies quickly. The team is really very open to make changes with each new month showing leaps forward in usability. **Recommendations to others considering Vroozi:** If you are looking for a easy to use procurement solution with a great support team, Vroozi should be your first choice. **What problems is Vroozi solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is business transformation, the company has never had a purchasing system or purchasing department. Interfaces with larger login system allowing automatic login capabilities. **What do you dislike about Vroozi?** Ordering as a typical approver is difficult; home screen is not user friendly for anything up approving. Adding new vendors can be an arduous task, and there are several redundant fields that could be pre-populated with account information already in place. Poor mobile interfacing. **What problems is Vroozi solving and how is that benefiting you?** The system was a replacement for a system already in place that created a multiple step ordering protocol in order to create gatekeepers. Vroozi does the same, however several parts - such as adding vendors - is more difficult. The system is well designed and useful changes have been released since our go-live. **What problems is Vroozi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our business need to get increase catalog offerings. Our previous catalog system was difficult to set-up and maintain, causing expansion to be difficult. The Vroozi catalog system is easy to use, and allow Vendors to maintain their own catalogs. In working with the company I have found them to be knowledgeable about their product and extremely helpful. **What do you dislike about Vroozi?** I honestly do not have any dislikes at this time. **Recommendations to others considering Vroozi:** If you are looking for a platform that can integrate with vendors, and also offers ease of updating catalogs, this system is the answer. I recommend offering an initial training session along with an additional training session to help ensure a smooth transition. Change is not always easy, especially with systems. The more comfortable the users feel the better the implementation and adoption will be. **What problems is Vroozi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, to submit an order, each requester needed to manually add a line item. Once the requests were approved, the requesters needed to communicate directly with vendors to complete the process. The communities and Watermark’s purchasing department were required to spend a lot of time managing the procurement process. Vroozi has removed this extra task by interfacing with the vendors directly. Through Vroozi, we’re now able to run a variety of informative reports, closely examine details and scrutinize spending to easily determine if communities are fully leveraging the negotiated pricing opportunities.
