Although the internal pentest Agent needs some work, they can have a module inbuild where we can generate/download virtual machine images like .ova files rather than installing ubuntu, installing the agent, and configuring them on the client side. From scheduling to report delivery, it's a 1-week turnaround vs. waiting 3-4 weeks for a traditional pentest. The scheduling is flexible and can be done around a client's peak hours while they sleep instead of having to worry if the test will interfere when working during the day. Our clients often compliment the quality of reporting - it's consistent, simple to digest, and easy to execute in-house remediations. **What do you dislike about vPenTest?** Cyvatar has partnered with Vonahi for two years and there are zero cons so far. Everyone at Vonahi has always been a joy to work with. If one of my clients has questions about a pentest, Vonahi will address any technical questions. I recently had a client who needed services outside the normal scope, so Vonahi jumped in to help. The owner quickly responded to the request for an informational session. By the next week, Vonahi's Business Development Manager graciously made himself available for a call AND arranged for the pentester to be on the call. The custom reports at your fingertips are the best addition, they look great, and you save time by not having to trim pieces for upper management. Blocking out scan times for pen testing to avoid business interruption is a great feature compared to any other pen testing company. The vPenTest team reads suggestions forms and implements them. So make sure to send them. **What do you dislike about vPenTest?** vPenTest really has no downsides that I feel are worth mentioning. It is a self-running application; the team will review the results with you if you are unsure what to do for mitigation. It will alert some monitoring companies such as Crowdstrike or Avira, so be sure to contactthem if you have endpoint security. **What problems is vPenTest solving and how is that benefiting you?** For someone working in a large-scale environment with a small team, it makes mitigation much easier. Many locations and departs shrink and grow over time, old tech stays in operation too long, and patches get missed. It is a great tool to scan everything and go through the department piece by piece. The report are simply beautiful. The detail is endless, the evidence is clearly laid out and delivered in different layers for each stakeholder involved in the security of the network. ### 32.
